Odd shaky feeling in my legs
However I do seem to have a peculiar lower leg shakiness as if I was just recovering from a bout of
flu
. Is this just to be expected and would getting back to excercise early be a good idea? Thanks for any enlightenment.

Dec 2023 I was sick with
flu
and in isolation. Jan 2024 I had RSV, given antibiotics, Feb 2024 I had covid again I was in isolation. Evrrytime I take antibiotics I need to stop my biological medication. I don't know with this biologic medication how long it takes to fully get into your system.

Proton treatment - fatigue?
He thought it was the
flu
, but no fever, digestive distress, nothing. Is this common? We believed proton tx didn't have as many side effects as photon tx, or at least, fatigue didn't begin until after the tx was pretty much complete.

The dreaded covid
On coming home I had messages to book in for
flu
and covid jabs, I rang surgery to say I actually had covid and they just said “Oh ok when you are negative just book in for them” I was surprised as before you had to wait I’m sure at least 28 days after you had had covid?

Is this reaction normal? Was very frightening.
Actually wondered if I had the
flu
! All sorts were going through my mind when I suddenly thought, can this be adrenal insufficiency. For the past 2 months have been supporting my friend through the death of her husband, the arrangements and all that comes with a bereavement.

scared again. Blood in urine.
Again it worked but in week 2 my partner and I got exceedingly sick with
flu
. My symptoms returned super quick. I then started self injecting and after a week was significantly better but now I’ve completely relapsed. Peeing loads very emotional. Seriously depressed. Bladder is killing me.

Covid...back with a vengeance
For about 8 days i have felt wretched and just thought it was a cold or
flu
, but when it affected my speech so bad I thought it was something more. I happened to still have a lateral flow test kit and did a test, and sure enough 2 heavy red lines showed.

Elevated enzymes from my blood test
When I was sick with
flu
like symptoms I had my bloodwork done. It came back with elevated liver enzymes. Then about 3 mos later another test done by my GI dr and still elevated. I have no symptoms and am in good health; just very worried now.

Methylcobalamin vs Hydroxocobalamin ?
However fast forward a year- I had the
flu
and the covid and then spent the last year almost back to where I started. I wracked my brain trying to figure out what I changed and eventually remembered I changed B12.

Covid vaccine - symptoms worsening?
I haven’t experienced this with previous covid or
flu
vaccines but I don’t think I’ve been in AF when having one before. I’m on 300mg of Sotalol a day. Thank you to anyone for sharing your experience. Best wishes to you all.

Pramipexole withdrawals (Dopamine Agonist Withdrawal)
I have horrible
flu
like symptoms like nausea and no appetite at all until late at night. I am very fatigued and weak, in a huge brain fog. I was feeling poorly before starting the taper thinking that the Pram was causing many of my symptoms but man I am much worse as I have started tapering.

Do I increase Pred to cover me for Covid jab?
Last year I negotiated with my GP to have the under 65s
flu
jab (I am 74) which does not have the adjuvant. I did not think my immune system needed extra stimulation! However it was a battle and all pharmacies said that, by law, they could only give me the over 65's jab.

Any ideas?
My husband has been feeling under the weather for about 4 weeks now - like you feel when your starting
flu
or fighting a virus - which is how he felt before he was diagnosed.

What works best for colds and other bugs
I can not take
flu
tablets because they increase my T levels , im ok with paracetamols, and they reduce fever, but not too good for colds, so then i discovered echincea which i have heard is very good for colds and flues, the trouble is there is so many different ones to take , Holland and Barrett alone

Inflamed liver
Most of the time I feel ok but every now & again I feel pretty awful, like I'm getting over
Flu
or a virus. My main symptons are tenderness in lower ribs & stomach ache, hard to explain but feels like my stomach is being confined. Both not painful, just there & at the same time I feel sluggish.
