Was given

Navage?
Many of us (most?) suffer from sinus issues and we have our own tools to deal with these issues. My weapons of choice are Saline spray followed by Flonase before I go to bed. Works pretty well except for right now during allergy season. However, I've been hearing many advertisements for the Navage

Sinus issues
Picked up a sinus infection about a month ago, I've had them before, but this one seems different, worse than others I've had in the past. Discharge won't quit after 3 weeks, seems almost pus-like, yellowish green, much worse in left nostril, was given 10 day course of doxycycline, was getting better

Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) for Mild-Sinusitis
By the way, conservative-treatments such as steroid-nasal-drops (
Flixonase
) do work on me but only temporarily for a few hours before I’m back to square one (hence why I’m hoping FESS might clear the need for these daily-treatments altogether).

Iron level of 4, Anxiety from being homeless (kind of) and sneezing 800x a times a day HELP
I had my doctor check my iron levels last may. but I'm not sure if the number reported is the one that I need to get up to 100 or between 20-45. This is what the results said. Ferritin Level: result: 4.0 Ref Range: 7.3-270.7 Units: ng/ml result: Low Does this mean I'm super duper low. I'm currently

How often do you get pneumonia in a year with bronchiectasis?
I am curious to see how I compare with others who suffer from bronchiectasis. So far, I have had pneumonia 3 X in an eight-month period. It seems like a lot. My last sputum test in June 2022 showed stenotrophonoma and aspergillus. I do lung clearance once daily and Ventolin 2X a day. Also, Breo Ellipta

Allergy meds
I am in the U.S. and need relief from seasonal allergies. I read an article by an allergist with the Cleveland Clinic. "Decongestants are not recommended for people with hypertension or heart problems. A better option would be a topical nasal steroid like Flonase® (fluticasone), Rhinocort® (budesonide

Hay-fever show down
Tried
Flixonase
but no go. Added in marshmallow root, throat coat spray and Telfast. Drinking heaps. The telfast dried my airways out way too much and made things worse.
