Myelo fibrosis
Hi I am in the intermediate stage, level 2 of the disease and go onto ruxolitinib tomorrow. I have looked on several forums and never managed to connect with any fellow sufferers from this mpn variant. Can't get any real information on immunosuppression or even what to expect or look for in the future

Does anyone else think this could sort of work?
Hi my polish friend said this and she could be right tbh (It's all true what you say. Living with an illness means limitations and sacrifices. I don't know, but maybe it would be beneficial to induce menopause to stop the hyperplasia of the endometriosis and the bleeding cycle.) Has anyone else had

Myocarditis and Fibrosis of the heart at 38.
Well today after looking at your images from the MRI i can confirm you have an enlarged left Ventricle and
Fibrosis
on the heart, this is 100% in line with Myocarditis and i am certain this has been due to your vaccine.

Doctor agrees it could be endo. Just waiting for tests to rule out everything else.
I had one scan last week which came back clear. So I went back to my doctor... she originally said she didn’t know what else they could do. I insisted I was still in pain so she got me in for another appointment. After another chat, she questioned symptoms around my period etc, and I asked her if she

Ovary removal only
Hi 👋 I’m new here. Hoping I can get some insight. I have had about 9 months of prostap injections and found my endo/ adeno pain improved so much. A couple of months ago I started HRT to go with the prostap and have found my pain has increased a bit. From what I’ve read this is fairly normal with endo

Severe Fibroid pain
Hi all, asking in desperation in regards to private treatment for fibroids. I was diagnosed with small uterine fibroids in February this year after a pelvic scan. I had told my doctor of chronic pain in lower back and side for months so she thought kidney problems at first. I am now on nhs waiting list

Berberine Is a Promising Alkaloid to Attenuate Iron Toxicity Efficiently in Iron-Overloaded Mice 2022
Moreover, berberine lowered clinical symptoms of iron overdose, including inflammation,
fibrosis
and tissue degeneration. In terms of the activity of antioxidant enzymes, catalase and superoxide dismutase, iron overdose greatly reduced their activity compared to the control group.

DHT may inhibit the degree of prostate

Fibrosis treatment
I have lymphoedema in my left leg since 2009, my thigh has been building up
fibrosis
which i can feel is spreading quite rapidly, it is now hard all over my thigh, even when rested. Is there any treatment or machine that helps get rid of it, treat it or slow the spread?

Unwell with sore throat and runny nose - transfer tomorrow?
Okay, so I'm not feeling very well, and my frozen embryo transfer is booked in for tomorrow. Will me being ill effect implantation? Should I postpone transfer?
