Diverticulitis, hemerrhoids (?), fissure (?), bleeding
Hello. After a pretty unusual bout of diverticulitis diagnosed by a CT scan, I saw my GI doc and he wants to do another colonoscopy. This is my 4th bout in 6 years - not very bothered by it - but the last one, well, I could not get the stool out, and then started pooping orangy slime. After that I went

Fibrosis
I have
fibrosis
of the liver. My Dr says the liver has no nerves so you can't feel pain from it but I am not so sure. I have a poor appetite and have lost weight.

More support and awareness for women with POP(pelvic organ prolapses)
More support and awareness is need for women with POP(pelvic organ prolapses. POP - pelvic organ prolapse- needs more awareness and support, just like the menopause does. It is never mentioned, or spoken of, and women are struggling! It can be a debilitating condition. It can affect women from a young

Decapeptyl and Tibolone
Have been lurking for a while my story is as follows, At 44 and having suffered with what I thought was normal heavy periods and pain both stomach and back, I have been on a bit of a journey in the last couple of years, in 2021 had a polyp removed but in investigations they discovered a likely endometrioma

liver fibrosis worse
Hello. My fibroscan results were a cap of 336 and kpa of 11. They're now cap of 278 and kpa of 12.8. I know scarring can take a while to get better, but any idea why it would get worse when fatty liver is getting better? Thanks, Liz

pregnancy confirmed with good beta results
Hi everyone! I had my beta today at 11 days past 5 day double embryo transfer and my pregnancy was confirmed today with hcg levels of 365, they will be checking them again in 2 days just to make sure they are doubling which they are certain they will, I'm so happy and excited, this was our 4th transfer

Cardiac MRI
It also shows non-specific non-patchy
fibrosis
of the hypertrophied segment which could be compatible of hypertensive heart disease - my father died of this in 2008 at 67yrs but he had very little treatment as far as I know.

Recent HF diagnosis
I was in hospital 3 days while they did tests and they think my HF has been caused by a cardio-toxic chemo drug I was given 20 years ago, as there are no signs of blocked arteries or
fibrosis
etc.

9 years PMR and counting!
In 2014 I was finally diagnosed with PMR and GCA in 2018 and shortly after I developed lung
fibrosis
around the time I was put on Actemra. The subsequent mucus in the lungs rapidly cleared when I adopted a gluten free diet and minimal wheat (which always did bind me up!).

Pinching pain in back during 2ww
Hi! I'm 8 days past 5 day embryo transfer and I have been experiencing nerve pain in my lower back it feels like I'm being pinched in my lower back and it's mainly on my left side, I've been experiencing that since day 4 and it's getting quite painful. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not sure what

Can some one help me understand this test?
so I went in to check for fatty liver due to weight issues I'm guessing. the doctor was very vague, mentioned Nash, and said I have severe
fibrosis
and that I can try to get into some trial treatment but no guarantees. didn't really say much after that other than see you in three months. which left me

Blood results comments please
GP going to monitor every 3 months for now, apparently when it gets to 000's =
fibrosis
🤔 GP adamant that I do not have under-active thyroid; when I gently queried, she said TSH has to be closer to 9 - and I thought of all of you........... and did not bother to argue!!

antidepressants and liver disease
I have severe liver
fibrosis
and have had to start taking Escitalopram for depression. My doctor has put me on 15mg but instructions and websites say patients with liver disease should be on no more than 10mg.

Need some hope!
Hi all, I've had my first frozen 5 day hatching Blastocyst transfer on 24.07. I'm now 7dp5dt and testing negative. I had a chemical with my last fresh transfer and was testing positive from 6dpt. I have quite strong period like cramps and incredibly sore boobs which is probably from the progesterone
