Hair Laser removal- transfer
Hi, I have tried researching everywhere but there is lack of information available but was wondering if anyone else has had hair laser removal before their embryo transfer? I know that you can’t get it done during pregnancy/after transfer so looking to get it done prior. E.g a week before. Thanks

embryo transfer 2nd time didn’t work - feeling sad 😢
Hi everyone, so I found out after the 2 week wait that it didn’t work. This is the second time with IVF. 1st cycle was nearly 2yrs ago under NHS which was awful, no care & second time around with a private clinic in South London (very friendly clinic & good pricing for IVF) but after 2 egg collections

Medicated Provera FET with Lubion and Clexane - bring it on
So they confirmed they will shake things up a little bit for me with a medicated cycle (I had 2 natural
FET
before) starting from day 21 with Provera, then Progynova estrogen tablets when my period starts. After transfer will be Lubion + Clexane (with pessaries of course).

FET tomorrow & cold symptoms
Hi All, my
FET
is tomorrow and I’ve started having quite strong cold symptoms today. I’ve tested and it’s not Covid. I never get colds and today of all days symptoms decide to show up! Any advice or positive stories out there? Will this affect the procedure or our chances?

Stumped
I had my gallbladder removed on 31st August this year. Since then I've stuck to a very healthy low fat diet. No junk food, processed food, carry outs or sweets. My problem is I seem to struggle to have a poo in the morning?? It's a real effort!! I was on dihydrocodeine for back pain and decided to come

2nd Miscarriage - Any Advice?
We started IVF back in July and had a fresh transfer followed by a double
FET
last month, sadly both attempts ended in an early miscarriage before week 6. We started with 7 embyros and now we have 3 left now (1 didn't survive the thaw).

Gearing up for second transfer...
I just started my Buserelin injections for our second round of
FET
. We had a first round in August - BFN with a 5AB embie. We had stimulations and freeze all in May because I developed OHSS.

hello- I had A transfer 4 days ago— 2 blasts. I have two children— one fresh one frozen. Prior to this transfer — I had 2 failed transfers over the summer. I’m 37 and embryos were from my Ivf cycle when i was 31. Never thought I would have so much trouble trying to get my third but here we are.

When to stop prednisolone? Consultant says at ET?
Hello I'm a bit nervous as i've just had a fresh embryo transfer. I've been on prednisolone for suspected auto immune conditions, for the last few weeks/since start of cycle. However, the consultant told me to stop taking it today, now that I have had the transfer. I'm a bit confused as i've read

No-one will do my Blood tests
Please help, my last
FET
is scheduled for December (my 8th and last round) and I need my bloods doing again, but my own GP, Spire and Nuffield private clinics won't accept the request as it's outside the UK. Do you know of anyone that will do these bloods please? I'm Yorkshire based.

3 pregnancy sacs at 6 week scan after FET of 1 embryo!
My wife had a
FET
on 23/11 of a single 5 day embryo. We went for a 6 week scan at our clinic yesterday and they found 3 pregnancy sacs, 1 had a fetal pole and the other two were empty. We went again to the EPU and the consultant confirmed 3 sacs and not blood clots.

IVF - Travelling with needles
I’m flying to Spain next week for an
FET
and have to take my Clexane with me, it comes in a pre-filled syringe. Looked at the airline’s website, and it says to carry in hand luggage in a clear bag with a doctor’s prescription or letter. Please has anyone done this and is this enough?

BFP or trigger?
I had my 5th
FET
8 days ago with a 5 day embryo. I had an 250 ovidrel at the time. Last cycle my trigger was completely gone by day 7. The last 3 days my tests haven’t changed at all. I know I shouldn’t test, but I’m a tester! If it was the trigger, would I not expect it to get lighter?

FET obstacles!
so…..I went for my lining scan this morning and that is measuring 8.1mm which is absolutely fine. However, I am also measuring a 12mm follicle. Has anyone had this before and being able to go ahead. They’ve taken a blood sample to check whether it’s releasing any hormones. If it is the cycle will be
