Ivf loss - due to lack of TSH/ Hypothyroidism monitoring? Any advice appreciated :)
Originally, she had asked her GP/
fertility
doctors to
test
TSH before transfer, but they didn’t think it was needed (Her last test was in the summer). She thinks this could've been a big error, possibly causing loss of our embryo.

I am nearly 36 with AMH 14.5 pmol/L (=2.03 ng/ml) as of last year's

Has anyone had a second AMH test and seen a positive increase?
But one other question I’m keen to ask and hear your experiences on is whether anyone with low AMH has had a second blood
test
and seen it increase? It’s something my
fertility
acupuncturist suggested we might want to do given my low AMH is the reason we didn’t get NHS funding.

Our first baby
The next step on our path was to seek help from a
fertility
clinic. To our surprise, all our
test
results came back normal. The GP's reassuring words were, "You are both normal; you just haven't found the right timing yet." This provided us with immense relief.

Ferritin follow up
Per recommendations of Sue, Jools and others I contacted my Dr to request a Ferritin test. Haven’t heard back yet but I found labs that were done in 2019. My ferritin level was 34 at that time. Does anyone know if ferritin levels improve on their on or should I assume it is still low until I can get

Pre transfer leg pain
Hi ladies, posing this question as I always find I get such helpful information. I am about to do my 6th embryo transfer Saturday and am worried about leg pain. I often get this when I do FETs and was always previously told it was the meds. I’m taking crinone twice a day, lucrin injections alternate

told to take 10mcg and 5mcg Liothyronine on alternate days but it isn't recommended!
I was seen at the Endocrine Clinic recently. The endocrinologist had requested bloods were taken the previous day by my GP, but I had taken all my thyroid medication (75 Levo and 10mcg Liothyronine ) at about 8am before the GP took my bloods but I did not realise at the time I should have withheld

Medichecks ferritin results and ranges
Hi all. I don't have a thyroid issue (this has been ruled out), but someone on the PAS forum suggested I post a query on here to see if anyone could shed light on this issue. Having accessed my GP records late last year I discovered I had a long-standing ferritin deficiency, as defined by NICE guidelines

How do I go about consulting a private endocrinologist, UK
Hello. I am recently returned to UK after living abroad. Happily the NHS has been quite supportive in terms of ongoing treatment of Hashimotos and Adrenal Insufficiency. I have been referred to an NHS consultant who has supported supply of the medications I have been on for years (T3/T4 and Hydrocortisone

Urgent help with results please
I posted last week about feeling terrible on T3. Exhausted and aching all over. I’ve just had my second lot of results back. The top pic are the most recent ones and the one before that were the results when I’d started on a lower dose of T3. I’ve now dropped my levo from 175 to 150 and taking 10mcg

T3 friendly endo list
Hi, after 20 years on T4 only with below par physical health, and recently diving mental health , my eyes got opened to the thyroid madness, and now I want to try T3. Is there a list of T3 friendly endos in UK, preferably Kent? Is this maintained anywhere? thank you.

Once again… flare or no flare?
Hello wonderful people. In March/April I posted saying that I wasn’t sure I was flaring and I’m back to the same question again. I have developed aches in my upper/under arms (bilateral) that are slowly and steadily getting worse. Last time I experienced this - and after consulting you lovely lot

Ferritin and Haemoglobin levels
Hi All, my husband had to abandon radium 223 when it was discovered that he had several lung nodules (around 8mm). His PSA has been increasing for the last 18 months (he was diagnosed August 2022) so his oncologist sent him for a scan after the 4th radium infusion which is how the lung nodules were discovered
