Reducing Effects
I’m feeling very well physically except for
fatigue
. What is troubling me is my mood. I’ve had some mood swings at higher doses but now I feel like I have a consistent sadness that I can’t really shake. I just feel down every day for no reason.

Sinus tachycardia
Laying on a gurney now for past 7 hours after presenting to ED with heart rate in 120-150 but in sinus rhythm associated with some mild
fatigue
, accompanied by a bump in my troponins level fom 15-40. Had similar episode 4 weeks ago. Each time no a fib detected.

However I still feel terrible with severe
fatigue
& body aches. I am taking vit D, multi vit, iron (heme) and going to restart cortex adrenal. As my cortisol is coming back low.

Blood test results in full. Can anyone find a cause in there for my continued fatigue etc?
I still have the same symptoms, although some have improved a bit, but not gone, by any means. Still housebound. I list below Blood test results. Can anyone suggest an issue that may cause my symptoms because my GP says no action, normal. Serum 25 - HO Vit D3 level 135nmol/L 50-174

Prostap and Tibolone
Hello everyone, just wanted some advice, started Prostap and tibolone on Monday and since then have felt like I've been hit by a bus ( headache, nausea,
fatigue
, body aches, ovary pain etc) and I can honestly say I have never felt so emotional in my life!

High B12 - more tests needed?
My SO has several anaemia symptoms - pallor, breathlessness,
fatigue
, dizziness, nausea etc. GP says the bloodwork is OK despite family history of PA. Blood tests (GP & Medichecks) so far show haemoglobin & MCH a bit below range, haematocrit & MCH low but in range.

Workouts
Many owners of prostate cancers say that they engage in vigorous exercise to combat
fatigue
and bone loss. It would be helpful if they could describe their routines. I am upgrading my lifelong workouts to the highest level m,y skinny, 85-year-old body can handle.

Questions about fatigue
One that improved, but didn't resolve, was the periods of
fatigue
. Since then, brain fog that limits functioning occurred most days, so that traveling is nearly impossible, and
fatigue
most days makes even simple things like going to hear music in the park out of the question.

Why Won't My Dr. Write a Work Note for CLL Fatigue so I Can Work from Home Because she States that my Bloodwork is "Normal"?
I was not asking to be taken out of work because I love my job, but that the
fatigue
I am experiencing after a full day in the office is very debilitating. She flat out refused. She told me that my
fatigue
is not CLL related and that she will not be providing a work note.

Anyone near Dorking in Surrey who’d like to meet up?
Main symptoms are
fatigue
, brain fog, and bone pain. I’m taking 15 mg ruxolitinib twice a day, and since weekly injections of EPO were added, my haemoglobin levels have pretty well normalised. Definitely feel more energetic.

Thoughts on my blood test results please
thyroxine 23.1 (12-22) Thyroglobulin 62.7 (0-115) Thyroid peroxidase antibodies 89.8 (0-34) Generally, I’ve been feeling better on this lowered dose of Levothyroxine and my T4 levels have really come down but I think from memory my T3 levels have also reduced and this may account for some brain fog and

Fantastic views!
I just wanted to share some of the beautiful views that are around me on every walk that I do, but having not been able to reach the viewpoint for a while because of
fatigue
and bad lungs I haven't had a chance to photograph some of the lovely mountains around us.

adrenals perhaps?
I have periods of chronic
fatigue
too. No jaw pain or visual disturbance. No criticism of rheumy or GP - both supportive and good at listening. My question is - is this adrenals or a flare? Should I increase for a short period and see what happens? (Don't want to yo-yo). Thanks again.

Another day of conflicting advice
Having reduced slowly to 3.25, I had the horrid flu virus with a possible GCA flare with headache similar to the pre diagnosis ones, unbelievable
fatigue
and very low mood. Raised by 1mg and symptoms settled.
