Even an hour can be overwhelming when you don't feel well or are experiencing that dreaded itch or
fatigue
. No matter what happens, just try to be kind to yourself just as you would be to a friend. Do just one thing that makes you happy.

But when symptoms like red skin, high blood pressure,
fatigue
, tingling legs, gout, and blurred vision are present. In addition to most people with the JAK2 mutation having MPN, and both HB, Hematocrit, and EPO indicate MPN, I can't settle for that. Anyone had results like this?

Does armour effect cortisol?
Ok-ish in mornings but
fatigue
by afternoon. He’s massively craving salt. I made mistake of googling this and it’s potentially linked to low cortisol/adrenal insufficiency. Cortisol levels were checked prior to starting armour and were high.

Hello, I am new in this group, but have been searching for answers for years about chronic
fatigue
. Over a decade ago, I thought I'd found the answer as I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency, which is now supplemented with regular injections.

If these were your results what would you do?
My symptoms are mostly in check these days but the
fatigue
and malaise is creeping higher again and it's starting to inhibit what I can do. (Noting that my estrogen is below range and I'm hoping to start HRT soon.) I'm sporadic with supplements but know I need to improve all my vitamin levels.

Im a week off my next period and I’m experiencing hot flushes,
fatigue
, heart palpitations, and an unsettled stomach. Has anyone else had a similar experience coming off them? I’ve also stopped my hrt and my periods have returned.

CBC test anemia: high MCV, MCH, low RBC and leukocytes?
I know radiation
fatigue
can do a number of folks, as can ADT. Are the high/low values indicative of anything? Is there something more he can do?

Is it my spleen?
Fatigue
comes and goes. But just recently I have had 3 or 4 bouts of pressure under my rib cage with some pain off and on going down my sides. The pressure feels like a fist under my rib cage, where the V is and my whole abdomen feels bloated.

Do many of you just feel Ill when off?
It might be linked somehow to
fatigue
but I find it quite debilitating. I just wondered if anyone else got this unpleasant feeling? I don’t hear it discussed much on the site.

May be deciding between Afinitor and Enhertu. Thoughts?
I know Enhertu is supposed to be very effective, but I am concerned about side effects (nausea,
fatigue
, hair loss etc.) so thought I would try one last oral treatment first. That said, I hear Afinitor can also be rough, and not always effective? OR am I just down a rabbit hole.

Belimumab treatment
I suffer from the common lupus symptoms like
fatigue
, joint pain and other fun things. I have APS as well and take blood thinner. I have been reading about the side effects of Belimumab and I worried about the depression/sucidal thoughts effects.
