My big discovery. Sjogren’s UCTD Fibro…
I’m still struggling a lot with aches pains and massive
fatigue
at the moment and it’s taking a toll my ability to cope, but to day I came across the US Sjogren’s Foundation, Sjogren’s.org, and I was amazed to see: it described me! Such a relief. I kind of feel validated.

2023: W27R3 - rain, snow, gale, mud, puddles and a personal record :-)
Today I wanted to end this year's running with a longer route before the Christmas holidays, because it was probably the last opportunity despite the
fatigue
. But I had no idea what was waiting for me: The wind and snow were so strong that I almost couldn't move from my place. My face froze.

Prednisone Tapering
Which is a better sign of a flare-up-
Fatigue
or muscle and joint pain? Should I level off for awhile, go back up to 2mg or continue my tapering because the only symptom I have is extreme
fatigue
. Thank you and I thank all of you for all the excellent assistance!!!!

Oh guys, this one is good for mCRPC: Biologic Drug-Device Combination Immunotherapy Shows Promise for Patients with mCRPC
Six patients experienced mild to moderate treatment-related adverse events, including fever, rigors,
fatigue
, diaphoresis, hematuria, urinary tract infection, acute urinary retention, and hepatic enzyme elevation." If these data are correct, it's way more than showing promise!

Help!
Accompanied by extreme
fatigue
and brain fog.
Current:
Awaiting results on neck MRI (a follow up to one done in 2022, which if all ok will likely mean referral to a neurologist).

Ruxolitinib - declining efficacy?
My general health and
fatigue
levels have improved markedly. However over the past 18 months my platelets have been increasing despite increases in my Ruxi dose from 20mg per day to 40mg per day. My platelets are now over 600. My other blood counts remain within range.

What other tests
I get Joint Pain, slight Malar Rash (not rasied) always jusy flat and red across the bridge and cheeks, headaches, bruising, hives and angiodema, ulcers, joint pain,
fatigue
The more I research the more I am convinced its lupus. Just hoping the diagnosis route is not too long for me. Thanks x

Palpitations/too much Adrenalin?
No loss of energy/
fatigue
though so I’m wondering if my adrenals are kicking in and I’m getting bursts of too much adrenalin? The palpitations are usually when I’m not moving and I feel the need to move then I feel better. Anyone else had this?

Work absence meeting
My
fatigue
and muscle weakness has been bad and my emotional lability basically just needs someone to look at me to set it off. I get so tired by then that it feels like my body is telling me to get people to shut up if they speak to me so I can lay down.

Thursday's Thoughts....
Even after all this time, my hep doc has never once asked me how my itching or my
fatigue
was. I often wonder if he even thinks that these occurrences are really part of having PBC.

endometriosis’flare’
I have been really really struggling with right sided abdominal pain, gripey stomach, back pain, nausea,
fatigue
and can’t stop going to the toilet. It’s been like this now for over a week. I had excision surgery over 12 months ago but I’m feeling so poorly and really weak.

Today is not a good day
Fatigue
is getting worse by the day, just want to sleep all the time. Swelling in eyes, cheeks, hands and feet is increasing and developed really sore shoulders like I’ve done a heavy gym session! Despite the warm weather I’m feeling cold, itchy skin, acne, brittle nails.

Petition requires verification in email to be completed
People are getting 'Petition
Fatigue
' and I think it is important to address this potential block as some of my friends have been OK to sign, but reluctant to share for this reason. Also once signed, an email is sent to confirm the petition - you need to open it.

Pain and struggling with weight loss
My
fatigue
has improved slightly (I have upped my vitamin D) and trying to eat better. I am also really struggling with my weight. I am a vet nurse so am on my feet all day so don’t consider myself not active and I try to eat healthy but I feel hungry all the time! Is this an Endo thing?
