Post Xeloda Options…Enobosarm?
So we’re considering
Exemestane
as monotherapy. If I’m not mistaken I think I’ve seen some posts that have shown favorable results with
Exemestane
as monotherapy after prior progression on other endocrine therapies.

Has anyone tried anastrozole or exemestane?
My doctor said we can consider either anastrozole or
exemestane
- had anyone used these and were the side effects better? Thank you so much for your guidance , this site has made me feel so much less alone since my diagnosis in May 2020 . Hugs, Elizabeth

metronomic capecitabine (XELODA)
In the last months, after discontinuing palbociclib due to toxicity, she has tried everolimus and
exemestane
but she had to stop after three months due to severe mucositis, despite having tried to decrease the dose.

Does anyone have experience with Enhertu? I was HER2 - low in 2019 and my last liver biopsy was HER2 - 0. Planning to start Enhertu next.
Here is what I’ve been on so far: 1) Fulvestrant and Fasoldex/Pablociclib for 15 months - stopped due to progression in the bone 2) Piqray/Alpelesib and Letrozole for 1 month - had to stop due to severe rash 3) Afinitor/Everolimus and
exemestane
for 8 months - stopped due to pneumonitis and progression

Assuming marker hasn't changed, I'll be switching to
Exemestane
and Afinator. Can anyone share their experiences with these drugs? I hope Medicare covers them. Best wishes to all, and thanks for your help. Joyce

what’s next - fulvestrant failed
Ibrance and
exemestane
until three months ago and then started fulvestrant 3 months which hasn’t worked. Pleural effusion back (1 liter which had to be drained) and lung mets grew. Bone mets stable. Has anyone had a similar treatment and success on the next line of treatment and what was it?

Changes
Hi everyone, my last scan showed some progression so I’m off Ibrance and faslodex (only got 13 months with that combo) now on Everolimus and
exemestane
. Anyone have any experiences to share? Hopefully good ones? Thanks Patty

New Skin lesions-- with metastatic breast cancer
I have now been 6 years on Ibrance with varied combo drugs including
Exemestane
, letrozole and Faslodex,. Numbers on my PET scan are increasing so the onc is looking to change things up. but what is most concerning to both of us is that I now have multiple skin mets on my chest.

Anybody on Fulvestrant alone w/ no progression for 2 years plus like me?
[MBC in 9/ 2016, 2nd line after Ibrance &
Exemestane
gave me a pretty good run until 1st progression after 3+ years in 2020. ER+ PR+ HER2- (low)] Former onco wanted to immediately add Verzenio to it but I couldn't stomach idea of its side effects. I said I'm going to wait.

Verzenio and Letrozole 3rd line
She presented the options as letrozole oe
exemestane
as hormonal, plus abemaciclib (verzenio) or ribociclib as CDK4/6 inhibitor, or Xeloda as chemo. She chose letrozole or verzenio, and gave me no choice and little explanation.

Erolimus and Exemestane Treatment after Palbociclib stops working.
I am reaching out reference feedback on the
Exemestane
and Everolimus ( EE) treatment for SBC . I have lesions in spine, pelvis, occipital and just recently an additional 2 small ones in my liver.

Anyone on Exemestane?
I am hoping the
exemestane
will be better for both side effects. Also was on fulvestrant for about 2 years--but my muscles could hardly take any more injections. Off that for over a year and I still have tender spots in the ventrogluteal muscles.

Advice about indigestion remedies
I have just started on
exemestane
for breast cancer. Looks like I'm going to be offered a bisphosphonate due to already having osteoporosis. Been on this before it gave me terrible indigestion so came off.

Reply to jersey-jazz. I thought you might also be interested in my medical history.
She took out Docetaxel and added
Exemestane
because I want to try hormone therapy again and this drug is the only one I have never used. After five months, progression and she gave me option of gemcitabine plus Herceptin or clinical trials.

Headache and exemestane? What to do?
She has just switched from Tamoxifen to
exemestane
. From the second day she started taking
exemestane
, she got a terrible headache. That continues now for about a week. Has anyone experienced similar headache while on
exemestane
? Could it be considered a side effect? Or maybe something else??

CT scan revealed I am stable
Although
Exemestane
and Everolimus have not so good side effects if they are controlling everything it is a small price to pay. I hope you are all coping. Best wishes and have a good weekend everyone 🥰😘

Everolimus and Exemestane
Hi ladies, has anyone on this combination had very small bumps come up over their chest bone and terrible irritation like prickly heat over the arms, chest and legs. I also have the rash underarms. It’s driving me crazy. I could scratch my skin to pieces. I take antihistamine to help me sleep of a night

Cumbria & Happy
After a week of hospitals Dentist was really happy with the healing from tooth extraction and Oncologist was ok today about keeping me on Everolimus and
Exemestane
but he won’t prescribe for next month until I’ve had a heart scan. Been waiting near 3 weeks for an appointment.
