Thyroid or Pituitary Problem?
Sorry in advance for the long essay! Desperatly hoping for some advice. I am a 30-year-old female suffering fatigue, brain fog & migraine with visual disturbances since July 2020, therefore I stopped the COCP after a 10-year use (which was prescribed for the management of menorrhagia). Since stopping

day 12 lining scan - need advice
hi all, I had my day 12 endometrial lining thickness scan and it’s only on 5.96mm. I’ve been on estradiol since day 1. Sonography let said it’s less than where it should be and my clinic in Spain will reply tomorrow but I’m obviously stressing out now! You’re welcome your thoughts on it. Thanks in

Can menopause trigger hypothyroidism?
When I turned 50 (few years ago now) over a few months my health changed, I developed weakness, brain fog, insomnia, heat intolerance, poor appetite, joint aches, atrophy etc etc. I even stopped exercising when I had been reasonably fit before. GP sent off some bloods and called me within days to start

Thin womb lining at D8 scan
Hi All, I haven’t posted on here for a little while as my last cycle was cancelled. I didn’t respond well to the stims 😔 Trying again this month but although I have 3 follicles on D8 (I have low AMH so I don’t respond well anyway), now my womb lining is too thin at 5.4mm. I’m taking aspirin and dr is

period?
Hi everyone happy new year and hope you are all doing ok in your individual treatments. I am currently worried as my period to start my FET still has not started. It’s been now 60 days since my last period, I have a history of PCOS however it’s been a long time where I have gone a month without a period

Fluctuating AMH Levels and then huge decline in one year.
Hi, I am just interested in whether anyone has been in a similar position. I am 34. I had my AMH and AFC tested 3 months before I turned 34. My AFC was good at 19 but my AMH was low for my age at 8.9. Two weeks later, I got my AMH retested and it was 6.2. I thought AMH wasn’t meant to change that much

Vertebral Fractures [VF]
New study from the Netherlands, below [1]. One would expect bone issues with ADT, since near-zero testosterone equates to near-zero estradiol. When estradiol goes below 12 pg/mL (my limit, based on old non-PCa studies), bone loss can be rapid. But this study looked at men who were about to start ADT

anything different to do after another failed fet?
hi all, this is my first post here. Sadly I received the news that my 3rd fet cycle failed today. My clinic has changed the protocol of each cycle with this one being more intense I.e. short down regulation (about 2 weeks) with buserline for mild ademiosis, lubion + pessaries for progestrone, patches

Has anyone had bleeding before an FET?
Me again asking for advice! Has anyone had bleeding in the lead up to an FET? I'm taking progynova plus patches and I've had some bleeding today (day 5). It's like a light period bleed. I've phoned the clinic and they have said to wait until my next scan on Wednesday so they can see what's happening

Advice on medication
Hi Everyone, I've been offered medication as an alternative to the mini pill as I've tried Noriday which caused floods, and Desogestrel makes me bleed constantly. Norethisterone and Provera have been mentioned but I don't know which one to go on. I'm a bit weary of Norethisterone as Noriday made me

Timing of meds and supplements?
I wonder if anyone is able to share their optimal timing schedule- I feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day for all the different tablets with their exclusion zones! Not to mention fitting coffee into the day! This is what I currently take:
On waking:
ferograd C iron (every other day

burning from estradiol vag cream
I've been prescribed a generic estradiol vaginal cream for vaginal atrophy due to menopause. I'm actually still in perimenopause but about 4 years ago (age 46) I began to get UTI's after intercourse and would feel irritated and itchy also. It's just gotten worse over time and now it's really bad.
