Urethral Stricture in women
Hi everyone. Are there any women here who have been diagnosed with urethral stricture? I understand it's quite rare in women but I'm wondering if I may have it. I'll try to keep it short but basically I've had a weird feeling in my urethra ever since I had a catheter giving birth to my son 25 years

Medichecks results - not as expected - thyroid all seems in range
Hi everyone - I've received my Medichecks results back but was a little surprised that all my thyroid levels are in range. I had quite a long list of results which I'll post below (thyroid first) in the hopes that someone may share their thoughts with me. (edited to add - I have a fibromyalgia diagnosis

Approved Treatment Options for HR+, HER2- Postmenopausal Women
All too often, patients who are diagnosed with MBC or whose cancer progresses are unaware of the treatment options available to them. Below is the list of FDA-approved treatments for HR+, HER2- postmenopausal women in the US. I finalized this list of treatments with a Medical Oncologist at Columbia

TBG, Reverse T3 & SHBG Issues - What Does This Mean?
Greetings and happy July all. I have Hashi's confirmed by ultrasound and blood antibodies. I am not being treated as my family doctor and encrinologist say my blood work does not justify it. I have every symptom of hypo, I mean every symptom, and I also believe I have fatigued adrenals big time. But,

Too much medication?!
I am preparing for my FET and my lining is triple lined but only 7.8mm after two weeks of estradiol. My FET is delayed by two days, and now I am on insane amounts of medication: - viagra (inserted inside me) - estradiol gel - estradiol tablets - baby aspirin - thyroid medication - hormone patches

The Cause of Prostate Cancer
With so many bonafide experts on this forum, is there a consensus yet on the cause of prostate cancer? And how those could seek to prevent it? I've known Prof. Edward Friedman for many years and used to speak to him often. His book is also excellent. I am also convinced that Estradiol is the culprit

Lining - 7.8mm?
Hello all, It’s been awhile. I hope everyone is ok. It’s FET time (only one blastocyst!) and my lining is only 7.8mm after almost two weeks of Estradiol gel and tablets. Doctor said he wants it to be 9mm so he is increasing my dose and delaying the transfer. Is 7.8mm very low? 😊

Celebrating with a visit for Canadian Ducoral
Just back from two weeks RV camping in BC Canada. Wonderful time with my wife and dog. While there I walked into a Pharmacy without a prescription and bought the 2-dose Ducoral vaccine for cholera and travelers' diarrhea. Cost $84 Canadian. Now have taken both doses and have zero expectation for it.

Slower response to FSH stimulatio from cycle to cycle + low estradiol levels
Hi everyone, I started my 3rd egg collection on Monday this week. My clinic decided to start stimulating me on day 2 to poor ovarian reserve. I also introduced growth hormone and steroids for the first time. I am starting to worry about the outcome of this 3rd cycle and I was wondering if anyone went
