Anyone using Dienogest (visanne)
Hi everyone. I’m new here😊 I want to ask if anyone has used visanne as endo treatment. If so, How long have you used it for and was it benefiacial? It would be great to have any feedback. I just started it 1 week ago. The dr told me it might need a couple of months to start working. I’m still spotting

Do I need added T3
Hi I took it upon myself in February to obtain bloods for food intolerances as my gut issues were worsening. I am already gluten free. I was becoming so confused with the many different Symptoms, apart from the obvious crippling stomach pain and trips to the toilet. I have a long list of intolerances

Estraderm MX100 patches on IVF
I need help with Estraderm MX100 patches as my doctor told me to start them 200mcg every alternate day. I started on Monday with one patch but today, I have changed it I realised that on the packaging reads "absorption rate: approximately 100 micrograms of estradiol in 24 hours" so my concern is if I'm

Update on (attempted) ADT via Estrogen Patch
Got my onc to go along with the PATCH protocol (of 4 x 0.1 estradiol patches, changed 2x weekly), and as it turns out things are not so simple. Yes, T dropped, but not yet to castrate levels. PSA did drop from 160 to 75 (while ALP doubled), but after a month T has gone from 500 down to only 187. Why?

E2 skyrockets on BAT therapy
After about 3 months on BAT therapy and reading Friedman's book, I thought it might be a good idea to ask my onc to check my estradiol (E2) levels. He agreed. While the PSA continues to drop (roughly 10 to 5), I nearly s*** a gold brick when he casually mentioned my E2 was 170 (normal is about 20-40

Hi ladies I'm after a bit of advice. I have stage 4 endo already had loads of surgeries ; bowel resection, uretic stents, stoma etc. The only further surgery the hospital will do is a total clearance and as I'm only 34 they won't consider that and I understand that the risk of doing so are quite high

High-Dose Transdermal Estradiol as ADT
Tall_Allen: Most of what I've read on tE2 is on castrate resistant patients. How can that be? How does it work at all if they're castrate resistant, meaning that their PSA is rising despite castrate levels of T? Does it delay castrate resistance in castrate sensitive men? ADT author and patient

Discussion about self-prescribed lab results
I have taken blood tests in the last week from LabCorp that I bought on sale at LifeExtension. I plan on discussing the results with my oncologist on Thursday when I see him before my weekly treatment. Thursdays come around so fast these days. It seems to me like Thursdays are multiplying. 1. On 4/14

Very ill since HRT and Moderna vaccine ….
Hi. Overactive for a few years then radioactive treatment causes me to go under active for the last 18 years. Menopause meant I was fitted with a more a coil 8 months ago to help symptoms and now trying HRT estradiol gel for three months so far. Huge weight gain but could also be because of poor diet

Vegetables to avoid with Estradiol patches.
This is the Snuffy Myers’ video I was referring to. His comments regarding vegetables to avoid when using low dose Estradiol patches start at the 2 minute 50 second mark although the entire video is worth viewing. https://m.iyoutube.com/watch?v=KBpg_SE0Odo

Estradiol patches and vegetables to avoid
I am interested in low dose Estradiol patches to retain bone density while on ADT but In a video by Snuffy Myers he says that vegetables such as cabbage, kale and broccoli should be avoided as they stimulate the pathway to liver absorption. Did I understand this correctly? I understand that sulfurophanes

Surgical Menopause - Estradiol gel dose???
Hi all, Anyone who takes estradiol gel for menopause, please may I ask how many pumps you apply each day? I had a total hysterectomy a year ago (everything removed including tubes ovaries cervix) which of course meant I started surgical menopause straight away. After 6 weeks I was prescribed Estradiol

tE2 – History, Sourcing, and obstacles in the US
I’m writing this post with a preamble that these are my opinions, and I cannot prove any of them, nor am I trying to prove them. So, please read these conclusions with this information in mind. I believe that information about tE2 is difficult to uncover because in the US, the medical industrial complex

TMI Cervical Mucus
*TMI*!! So I am currently prepping for my FET, I’m currently taking estradiol orally and vaginally. I have a lot of cervical mucus over the past 4/5 days. Has anyone ever experienced this with taking this medication?
