Hi I had been on 50mcg of levothyroxine for about 6 weeks approx because I bought them online since my doctor wouldn't prescribe them at the time, as I have a pending hospital appointment with an endocrinologist at the end of this year and he wanted to wait until I'd see him/her first. I told the doctor

Successful follow up to previous post regarding bending the truth to obtain correct prescription level
Dear all, I wanted to let you know about my recent success in case it can help anyone facing the difficulties I faced. So, I've no Thyroid, was gradually lowered to 75 (from 150 - was 86kgs) and then put down to 50mcg Levo, where I became seriously ill. Drs used TSH testing only and put my illness

hi, I take my T4/T3 at least an hour before my breakfast. I take my B12 supplement and Pink Tribe liposomal vitamin B complex liquid just after breakfast. Iāve been reading the ingredients and am worried in case I should be leaving 4 hours for the vitamin B complex due to the folate mentioning calcium

Understanding the way forward
I am an 81 year old female. My Thyroid/2nd goitre was removed about 7 years ago. Prescribed Levothyroxine and seemed to recover OK for a while. About 5 years ago experienced tiredness, and a long-standing viral respiratory infection. GP referred me to consultant but usual blood tests etc rated as normal

Thyroid Madness
I'm trying to get my act together! I find it very hard, when like someone on this site said, I forget who, that there are not a lot of studies done on NDT natural desiccated thyroid hormone porcine. My issue, reliable sources, who themselves don't take NDT, seem to think it should be divided

Hi, I recently had my bloods done with monitor my health on 10/01/24 and the results indicated low folate and thyroid levels not optimal.
