Its Cold and Bright I find the wamth is uncomfortable
and I have to - my dismay - sores on my hip line any one any suggestions as to what to use the cold is equaly horrid my bones seem to tighten and the muscles object. To which you are told to keep warm and then the other prob occurs. I have tried baby powder, antiseptic

i need serious help with my chilblaines, any solutions please?

Can antibiotic eye drops affect your INR?
I managed to get corneal ulcers in both eyes a couple of weeks ago. The eye doctor thought it was due to wearing contact lenses and having very dry eyes. Does anyone else suffer with eczema? Mine only seemed to start about 4 years ago, and I find it flares in line with a flare of fibro. I find taking an antihystimine (sp) plus an equivalent of E45 cream helps, but it still takes days to die down again. I am on the large side I admit, and my creases

medication.... Good or Bad
I am on a cocktail of medications and dont really know if they work together to help or hinder.... I take each day or as prescribed, Dtrans durogesic patches 25mg every 72 hours (morphine) cocodamol 30/500 as required pregablin 150mg twice a day diclofenac 75mg SR twice a day furosemide 20mg once
