panic attacks
I have panic attacks every morning. I lie down for hours. It has gotten to be a habit. they say to face the fear but I’m not able to. I feel anxious all day. I have tried many medications but none have helped. Clonazepam helps a little and mirtazapine for sleep

SBRT alternative
So I've been trying to decide on what treatment I wanted to do and finally decided that I'd go with SBRT. Well unfortunately the MRIdian SBRT is going away at the end of the month. I reached out to Dr. Kishan to verify and this was the response "Unfortunately that is likely correct. We will be doing

Experiences with urso, ocaliva and bezafibrate
Hi everyone!I was just curious about your experiences taking a combination of udca, ocaliva 10 mg and bezafibrates. Does it improve the itching? Did you notice any unwanted side effect from bezafibrate, e.g. in kidneys? Thanks for sharing and stay healthy and motivated!

Colonoscopy polyp worries
Hiya there, 34yo male here who had a colonoscopy 2 weeks ago after having abdominal and back pain, constipation on and off since June. I had a positive FIT test which my doctor believes to be because I have an anal fissure and I have rectal bleeding. The colonoscopy was clear apart from a 4mm sessile

Nausea & Buprenorphine
I am waiting for my doctor to advise on an alternative anti nausea drug and to get him to prescribe sublingual Zofran. I have completed, without any success, the prescription the GP gave me for 5 days of Zofran and I am currently really struggling with the nausea 24 hours a day (milder during day though

Let’s Talk Intrusive Thoughts
Happy Thursday everyone! Has anyone else been diagnosed with having obsessive/intrusive thoughts? I am working with my therapist on this, but it is so hard to hear that this is what’s going on. I know we’ll work on regaining control of my thoughts, but I feel like I have no control right now and I feel

I (20F) have always had anxiety, it is primarily situational and has never lasted more than a day, it was way worse when I was a kid but I've learned how to deal with it and control it more as an adult. fast-forward to now I've moved to college and have been doing pretty well so far (school and being

Buprenorphine
Good Morning, I wondered if anyone could help with the following. I have had a call from my GP asking me to go in to see him about a couple of Liver Blood Tests I have had recently which show elevated SERUM GAMMA GT and ALT/SGPT serum levels. I want to be prepared in case he says that the Buprenorphine
