Hi there, I’ve been struggling with constipation for a few years but recently every 2-3 weeks when I actually need to go I get shocking pains that feel like I’m in labour but am constipated for ages and then awful runs that have blood. I have a niggly right hand pain, feel full very quick and not eating

I’ve tried various diets/ over counter meds/ prescribed meds, basically spent a small fortune trying out various things. Over the last few years my diarrhoea

Vitamins D and K7
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism nine months ago, and prescribed 50mcg levothyroxine per day. No mention was made of Vitamin D results or any related issues like ferritin,or B12. I take Vitamin D 2200iu throughout Winter, and, as of October 23, after some online research, added Vitamin K2, 100 ug.
