Afraid of taking medications for anxiety
Hello, I am going through so much anxiety about being dependent on the numerous medications that my psychiatrist prescribed. I have schizoaffective disorder. One day it just happened and I was diagnosed in 2020. Just wondering if anyone out there feels the same way. I find myself pacing out of anxiety

Sleep studies and RLS
Hello everyone. What have been your experiences of sleep studies, and how useful have they been in managing your RLS? Have they actually contributed at all to resolving your RLS symptoms? Or is their benefit just to make you aware of which sleep disorders you have and which you don’t? I ask because

Hi. I had ME/CFS and it seemed to clear up 16 years later. About 3 years ago, I had fatigue, myclonic jerks especially while sleeping which woke me up and tremor feeling inside me. I took B12 sublingual for 2 or 3 weeks and the symptoms subsided. But then I stopped taking the B12 supplements and I have

Prepping for Round 2
Hello ladies! I’m planning to start a second IVF cycle in January (when I’ll turn age 40!) and feeling hopeful. First cycle was BFN with short protocol so we are trying long protocol this time with Nafarelin (Synarel) nasal spray and Menopur. Has anyone had luck with this combo? Also we had the option

Bunion operation
Hi, I am having a bunion operation and hammer toe correction next week (minimal invasive surgery). I'm currently on 3.75mg prednisone. Should I follow sick day rules, maybe increase to 5mg, or first discuss with surgeon and anaesthetist? Thank for this very helpful forum.

I recently posted a question just prior to my neurology visit about my gate being off and got some really good answers however after visiting my neurologist I was put on a medication called ampyra. Orphenadrine
My hwp had been using ophenadrine some time ago and stopped because of fears around using anticholinergics. However, his unrelenting battle with sciatica has me wondering if it might not be worth taking the risk. He is a well person in every other way, but the pain has him battling to do exercise. He
