I have RLS and take codeine 15mg at night. My ferritin level got too high last year so no longer on iron supplements. Wondering how successful ALA is and if it is what dose and what time to take it. Thanks in advance

Midazelam
Hi I am having cataract surgery on Sunday and you are given choice of a sedative or not. The nurse said "they usually " use Midazelam -obviously anything offered if i am unsure I will go without it. Does anyone know if Midazelam is RLS safe ? Don't want legs jumping around and the surgical instruments

Dialysis / RLS
Wow, this sub is a lot more active than the Kidney Disease sub, one would think it would be the other way around. I guess RLS is a lot more prevalent than people think? I never experienced or even heard of RLS before starting dialysis but boy did it hit me hard. It's already hard to sleep while doing

CARBIDOPA 25/LEVODOPA 100MG TAB For RLS
I know this drug was talked about in relation to Parkinson's. My doctor has prescribed it for my RLS when I travel in an airplane. I am only to take no more than 3 tablets per week. Has anyone used this for traveling? Any help? Side effects? Comments, please.

Dry Matter in the corner of eyes.
Does anyone have problems with dry matter in the inside corner of their eyes? I know Glaucoma can be associated with dry eyes and fortunately, so far, I have not had too much of a problem.. However lately I have noticed an occasional sharp pain in the corner of my eye as a piece of matter comes out.

Dry mouth
Hi, I'm on Besremi, now at 150 every two weeks (down from 180 as WBC got too low). I have had dry eyes for awhile, but suddenly I'm noticing my mouth is really dry. I also have frequent urination, and have had for sometime which is driving me crazy. I do see urologist next week about that issue

Hi everyone, I do not have CLL but I do have the itchy, pins and needles prickly feeling on my upper arms at night when I cover up. Once it starts it's relentless. I spoke to my Dermatologist about it and she said it sounded like a nerve problem. She prescribed me Fluocinonide cream 0.05 percent. I rub

pegasys and migraines
I see from a recent post response that there are others on Pegasys who have suffered from migraines. I have been on 45 mcg weekly for a few months and have just had an excruciatingly painful migraine. I have had a few less painful ones. I’m hoping some patients will share their experience on this

Changing brands
My Pharmacy has been messing around with my ropinirole. The last batch I collected was in a small round container and the pills were so tiny. I take 0.5mg x 5 tablets per night (total 2.5g) the normal round pills worked just fine. Now these weeny little ones are making my rls bad again, I fail to

transition from pramipexole to gabapentin
My GP initially prescribed me pramipexole which I have been taking for the last two months (one 88 microgram tablet) around 10 pm. This successfully stop my restless legs but, through this forum, I learned of the danger of augmentation. Having drawn this to the attention of my GP he agreed to switch
