Zhittya Genesis Medicine's Drug Reverses Aggregated Synuclein Accumulation in an Animal Model of Parkinson's Disease
I posted earlier on preclinical findings that our growth factor drug (human FGF-1) can regenerate new
dopamine
-secreting neurons in a primate model of PD. This led to a significant improvement in motor skill functioning of the monkeys.

They want to put him on levadopa which I understand to be a type of
dopamine
because he is slow moving and something else...which is his condition. We can't get a straight story about anything out of them.

Option when stimulants are not tolerated?
So the neurologist prescribed a
dopamine
agonist for it and I already feeling the side effect of it. My face and my body feels like is "paralyzed". So I'm sure my body will not tolerate it and it just does not feels right. Are all stimulants like that?

We can either surround ourselves with other depressives and wallow in our existence and ride the
dopamine
high of someone digitallly virtue signaling us..... Or we can realize that our situations can change if WE change what the fuck put us into that mental state in the first place.

Dark Chocolate for Anxiety, Focus and Attention
Our body uses L-Tyrosine in two different ways: 1-Boosting thyroid function 2-Producing Catecholamines such as (
Dopamine
, Norepinephrine and Epinephrine). I guess the increased hunger comes from boosted thyroid hormones, and positive effects come from increased Catecholamines.

My
dopamine
has been elevated a lot. After finishing the course I feel my
dopamine
so much elevated that I abandoned caffeine altogether. I wake up easily and refreshed. Guys, it's like a miracle, I just feel like my brain chemistry was fixed, I work and rest and enjoy my life.

Zhittya Genesis Medicine's Human Growth Factor Regenerates Dopamine-Secreting Neurons in a Monkey Model of PD
A picture is worth a thousand words so below you can see the impressive regeneration of
dopamine
-secreting neurons (staining brown in the figure) after 6 months of treatment with human FGF-1. We hope we can do the same in humans!

Sesaminol prevents Parkinson's disease by activating a signaling pathway
The impairment of movement due to Parkinson's disease is the result of damaged neurons producing less
dopamine
than is required. The team showed that mice with Parkinson's disease models show this lack of
dopamine
production.

Smoking cessation drug shows potential to treat Parkinson's disease in females
Texas A&M University College of Medicine ressearchers have recently discovered that cytisine -- a smoking cessation drug commonly used in Europe -- reduces the loss of

Impaired finger dexterity and nigrostriatal dopamine loss in Parkinson’s disease
Impaired finger dexterity occurs in Parkinson’s disease (PD) at an early stage and disturbs many activities of daily living (e.g.. typewriting, tying shoelaces, buttoning, and sewing). However, the pathogenic mechanism responsible for impaired finger dexterity in PD has not yet been defined Link to
