Symptoms worsening
Hi there, Yesterday my symptoms moved from 2/3 weeks of feeling really cold to a sensation that I had put deep heat all over my arms. It’s been continuous for the last 24 hours. My palpatations are still there but I think I’ve just got more used to them. I think the Amitriplyne that my GP put me on a

Coeliac test with gluten diet for Hashimotos person? Help
My Gp has today mentioned repeating a Coeliac test as he thinks I might have this. However I am gluten free and this test requires you to be on a full gluten diet which will make me very unwell as I also have Hashimotos which benefits from a gluten free diet. Any advice? :(

Hello friends
I've been on my gluten free diet for a while now and my fatigue is improving and my bathroom problems are improving. But my stomach is still huge and I feel like it's getting bigger. I'm thinking is it because I'm not on the lactose free diet - I have bin told I'm lactose intolerant

Post DBS Surgery
I am now just over two months out from my DBS surgery. At my last neuro appointment, the doc changed my meds from taking one 25/100 Sinemet every two hours to taking one 25/100 Sinemet and one extended release 25/100 Sinemet every three to four hours. He also wants me to increase my regulator each

Update
Hi all, After some false starts and horrible issues like panic attacks and tachycardia things have settled a bit. The panic has subsided but I have been told I have PACS which might or might not have been exacerbated by the Eutirox. I have been on 75/100 on alternating days since mid December and today

My Hashimoto’s Story
I thought I would share my story in the hope it may help other people suffering with hashimoto’s. At the age of 43 and a year of suffering chronic UTI’s, stomach pain and digestive issues I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease, lymphocytic colitis Dec 2015 and commenced a gluten free diet which helped

Hashimotos & gluten free newbie!
I have been following an extremely strict gluten free diet for just under four weeks now. My mood has improved hugely, I feel more alert, and generally more human! So far I haven't lost any weight- but still really happy with progress. ANYWAY! I was tested for celiac last November and it came back negative

Post DBS Surgery
I am now nine weeks out from surgery. Last week I used my regulator to increase the voltage being sent to my brain. I was rewarded by feeling more energy and also being able to reduce my Sinemet 25/100 by one. Last week I walked to my mailbox and upon removing the mail, decided to walk a bit around
