Back home, 4 days post op
On Thursday 2nd Feb I had my Diagnostic laparascopy and ovarian
cystectomy
. Before I went to theatre my surgeon discussed things and said there would be a possibility of removing my effected ovary and that once they have a look they will know what is going on.

Should I be worried?
He said it also looks like I have pco, he asked me about my symptoms and told me the cyst warrants surgery and the procedure would be a laparascopic ovarian
cystectomy
. After explaining the risks and possible opening my caesarian scar if laparascopic doesn't work etc I was consented.

I haven't had cancer. My wife has. Breast cancer, about 9-10 years ago.
