I did (pretty heavy) weightlifting and
cycling
for many years prior to the HA and would dearly love to do these again, and would like to do this in partnership with a professional that knows what they're talking about.

I figure less temperature
cycling
on the syringe stuff should be preferred. Last month was an "off" one for me, I get extended good and worse periods, good ones tend to be shorter than "off" ones. I hope to see some slow improvements as the INF takes hold. My 3rd dose will be back at Dr office.

Angina versus Costochondritis
I have noticed that when walking or
cycling
, after about 15 minutes or so, I get a pain on the left side of the chest. Typically this stops when I get home. It feels like an ice cube is pressed against the chest, a sort of freezing sensation.

Long distance cycling post-RP
I wonder how long I should wait to return to serious road
cycling
? And I wonder if I will be able to return to doing really long rides of 400-600 km in a day? Are there any long distance cyclists out there who continued long distance
cycling
after an RP?

Last run of WK 9 done!
I plan to carry on with 30 mins every couple of days & also mix it up a bit with some
cycling
, lower impact exercise for my old bones. Park Run next on my list as soon as I have a free Saturday morning.

Anoro Ellipta - have you had side effects
Bear in mind I used to be fairly active with walking and
cycling
– in fact I spent my birthday in 2019 walking up Helvellyn!

Statins
I feel that when my mind is healthier I will get back to
cycling
and hill walking and get excited about cooking and eating fresh fruit and veg like I used to. It is difficult to make any changes, but i think i would rather try to make some changes before I start statins.

I need some advice about what to do
This happened again yesterday - with really very little
cycling
and not a big meal - it was a similar pattern, in the evening I started getting the horrible feeling again and my heart rate was up.

Modified Stretching Exercise Improves Breathing.
Lost my
cycling
mug in pieces also. So to the exercise that seems to work for me after all this drama. I'll add it to my programme of exercise. It is a standard upper leg stretch which holds the ankle of one leg and bringing the foot and lower leg up tight to the upper leg.

Cycling for PD?
I had a checkup today and the doc reminded me that he mentioned
cycling
at the last exam. I used the laptop and found Dr Finney's post. While on a tandem bike with a woman with PD Dr Finney noticed her symptoms such as handwriting and balance were markedly improved.

I exercise every day and do a fair amount of

around the beautiful countryside here. This is all very new to me, but if I can offer support to someone I will. Good luck everyone. Peter.

An update on this pain-in-the-bum condition
Back to running 5k,
cycling
to and from work and rowing machine all fine. Just thought I would feel so much better once the medication stopped. AF really is the “gift” that won’t stop giving 😂
