It never rains, BUT
After a real crap 6 months, and multiple tests, I got an email from my Consultant today which doesn't make pleasant reading. I have just dictated 2 referrals for you. 1. To the sleep clinic at The Brompton because your sleep study showed evidence of obstructive sleep apnoea. You will hear from them

very confused any help appreciated!
Hi, I have spent the majority of this year in hospital with my asthma and chest infections/pneumonia, the last time i was admitted they managed to stabilise my asthma over a week with a combination of magnesium, aminophylinne and a stay on HDU for CPAP. Once i was stable enough to be on the normal ward

I seem tot be having a rough time and starting to wonder if its my asthma or something else going on. I seem

Hi from a new member
Hi all, My story Im Kate, 16 years old and was diagnosed with asthma last year. In the past 2 months I’ve been in hospital twice. The first time was really scary and they couldn’t control it at my local hospital so I was transferred to a kid hospital and put in Intensive care on CPAP (non-invasive

Sleep Apnea
My Asthma Consultant referred me Harefield Hospital because sleep studies showed Cat 2, borderline Cat 3 Sleep Apnea. I seen the Consultant at Harefield who prescribed a CPAP machine to aid oxygen levels whilst sleeping. It appears there are very few hospitals/PCTs who will supply these machines and
