Any support would be appreciated.
I have a history of disordered eating which I have not informed A doctor about and instead revived private
counselling
. This has triggered the disorder eating and I found a nutritionalist to support me. I have failed to lose the weight and again Themis has triggered disordered eating this year.

Keep freezing when wife has anxiety attacks.
Since having our 5 y/o daughter, wife's anxiety has increased dramatically. For the first 4ish years she'd direct her anger towards me. That was hard as of often struggle with feelings of not being good enough in life anyway. I'm now on ADD, anti-depression and anti-anxiety meds, doing better. To my

NOT PMR, says the Rheumy, after almost 7 years! YOU WHAT?
With a history of medical negligence which has led to decades of mental health and PTSD, years of
counselling
and anti depressants, I feel like I might EXPLODE!

Returning to ‘normal’…
I am attending
counselling
with perinatal specialists and plan to begin CBT soon. My anxiety and worry is continually up and down paired with low moods especially with time of the month, all within a reasonable remit but enough to make me feel low at times and alone.

How to stay positive?
I’ve had lots of
counselling
sessions and although ill never be able to get over my loss, I’ve worked on my grief and would like to try again. I’ve had my tests done and things are in place for a potential start in March. How do you keep away the nagging feelings?

Do any apply to you? Please do post, I am adding comments as we are all on different time zones, Thank you all. How do you know when you need help with grieving? Grieving a loved one is normal, but there is a point where the grief can overwhelm you and make daily life challenging long term. How do

How to deal with suicidal thoughts
I've been having some relapses for the past weeks. A lot of thoughts of abuse, loss and codependency I've experience in the past that keeps invading my thoughts while I'm working on things and my emotional state is crippled everytime. To the point where I barely have energy to do anything for the rest

what’s normal?
hospital informed me in March 2022 that I was being discharged from their care and that if I had any further issues to contact my GP. ( At the time I was awaiting an appointment for a CT angiogram which I later had in August - it showed 40% stenosis) I have never received any offer of cardiac rehab,

Hey guys I'm 22 y/o and going to graduate from college in a year. I have been living at home and commuting to school for the past 4 years, and have been on the pre-med track since 2019. I did not take advantage of going to school, and although I made some friends, I've isolated myself from them for

My wife has just been diagnosed, got a few questions if possible please.
I'm looking at joining a Zoom group to help me with coming to terms with the condition as a carer and hope to get some
counselling
. But I was wondering about my wife, of course it's an emotional/devastating time and I feel some
counselling
for her would be helpful too.

hi all x
I’m waiting to hear about trauma
counselling
and adhd and autism assessments. I think my main issue is worrying about work and finances. I just can’t physically work at the moment yet I’m made to feel like I’m not helping myself or I’m exaggerating my symptoms by the gps, mental health services.

Bereavement counselling
I had my first
Counselling
session on Friday. I had to go back to the Hospice, where my husband died, for this as it is provided by them. My problem is , and I'm hoping someone will be able to help me, I've felt absolutely dreadful since this session.

We have a
counselling
session on the NHS booked in for next month, but what can I do in the meantime? Also outside of supporting him, how do I keep my spirits high whilst feeling totally undesired and very rejected?

help/advice needed please 😊
I had
counselling
at the time and have had it on/off since. I’m still really struggling to come to terms that I’ll never have a child of my own and still feel very overwhelmed by it. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

HANG IN THERE.
Pills, medication, cognitive therapy, sports/hobbies,
counselling
, meditation, diet. I mean each of our cases is different but all the coping strategies are the same like I said you just have to find what helps you.
