additional comments on second pathology
Hello, I just received additional comments on second opinion surgical pathology. I was wondering if you can provide feedback because I don’t understand. I am seeing PA on Friday so I need to ask the right questions. Please help me understand this. I have Gleason 3+4 (40% 4) plus intraductal. Negative

Suboxone works!
As I stated in my first post, in May, 2023, I have had severe RLS for many years. I suffered augmentation after taking 4 mg Mirapex daily. In September, 2023, my sleep study doctor, at The University of Michigan, prescribed Suboxone. Also known as Buprenorphine and Naloxone 2 mg/0.5 mg. It is a sublingual

Accuracy of PSMA PET scan?
What would you venture to guess is the accuracy of the PSMA PET scan? How many of you showed "no spread" with your PSMA scan, but then learned via surgery or otherwise that there WAS spread which wasn't detected with the PSMA scan? And, how much better is the new Posluma scan vs Pylarify? My husband

Pluvicto Question
Hi Fellow Warriors! Six months of Taxotere failed miserably. After 8 rounds, I was done. After chemo, my second PSMA-PET showed additional bone mets and a spread to the lymph nodes. My MO told me I was a good candidate for Pluvicto, so, three months after finishing Taxotere, I started that therapy

New to PMR
Hi everyone -- I am new here and have had PMR for about five months now. I can't help wondering if the last Covid vaccine I received may have possibly triggered it, since my symptoms started less than a month after that. (I had already had five previous Covid vaccines.) I was also going through a period

managing anxiety
I’ve tested COVID positive. Feeling pretty crap but not as badly as the first couple times. Strangely no one else in the house has caught it. Just me. Initially I was feeling quite panicky about it but I’m managing pretty well. I just hope being quarantined won’t make me slip back into a place of comfort

Update progress 😀
It's been 15 months since I had my heart attack and stent treatment. Most of the time I'm doing great but still need a wee rest day . I'm back doing most of my hobbies. All be it at a slower pace. I'm taking on the challenge of jogging. Which I used to do. And hopefully will been doing the 10k run next

borderline tumor
Hi, my consultant can see a 2.2cm cyst on my ovary that he said might be a borderline tumor. Needless to say I am worried, what are the chances of the tumor being actual cancer? Does anyone know how accurate an ultrasound is? They are doing an MRI soon but I am going out of my mind with worry.

Covid advice
Has anybody got any advice on how to deal with Covid when on combination therapy? I've just gone down with it for the first time and I'm wondering if I should just continue as normal. Have a pretty high fever and heart rate...wd the T3 exacerbate this?

I’d welcome any thoughts/advice please. Had covid booster, 4th, last Friday. Modena same as last year but under its new name, Spikway. Sore arm, very, very tired…done virtually nothing for last two and a half days. Yesterday and today all PMR pains very sore. Bilateral hips, shoulders, neck and biceps
