Reducing statin dose & CoQ10
Also, the way statins work means that enzyme
CoQ10
production by the body is severely impacted but I've read that
CoQ10
supplements may affect some of the other drugs I'm on. I asked both GP's recently and neither have even heard of
CoQ10
!... Any thoughts/advice? Hope you're all feeling well.

Nervous now it feels real
Had my second treatment planning appointment Friday. Wait until March 7th then start taking northristone until the 15th. Then down reg and stimming, menopur and supercur I think. Anyone had any experience of these? I suffer with migraines so a little worried headaches might increase. EC booked for first

Anyone tried Botox for menstrual/hormonal migraine?
Things I have tried that didn’t work are cbd oil,
Coq10
, gluten free, and veganism. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Deficiency in coenzyme Q10, can increase Diabetic Risk.
Simple molecule could prevent, alleviate Pre-diabetes risk increased by coenzyme Q10 deficiency. Restoring levels of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ), a key molecule in energy production in cells, could overcome insulin resistance or pre-diabetes -- a precursor to type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Blood results - help, please, a bit confused
My symptoms appear to be changing again so I decided to do bloods at over 2 weeks of 2.75 grain (was on 2.5 for 10 weeks and after 8 weeks I felt very low, depressed and out of energy). TSH= 0.07 FT3=5.65 (range up to 5.7) FT4=13.3 (9-19) TT3=1.76 (0.89-2.44) TT4=98 (63-151) ATG=13 (<4) ATPO=930 (<5)
