Could it be hormones?
I feel like I've experienced a HUGE increase in anxiety and panic. It used to be that I would have episodes of panic (tears, quickened pulse) that could be directly traced to a cause (usually involving social anxiety). Out of nowhere I think I started experiencing panic attacks. On a random day in mid-January

Can I replace 10 weekly injections with 1000micro gram tablets daily.A PMJ paper from 2003 suggested this was efficacious.
Recently been encountering resistance to getting injections at 9 to 10 weeks intervals. A Med professional (retired) dug out the paper "Oral vitamin B can change our practice" has any one got experience of doing this substitution. And why has this not been more widely adopted. Sincerely RonnyP

Help needed to understand my Medicheck results.
I need help to understand my results please. I've been on thyroid meds for more than 15 years (I'm in my late 60's) and for about 8 years now have been fairly steady on 150mcg levo T4 and 20mcg T3, although I still get a lot of hypo symptoms at times - very cold and can't get warm when the weather gets

B12 level is 795
Doctor gave
B
complex
twice daily and prescribed several tests. Cardiac tests (echo and EKG) are normal, chest X ray normal, left hand X ray detected cervical spondylosis. Now I also did several blood test-CBC, thyroid, lipid profile, blood sugar, creatinine, potassium, sodium.

Vitamin B12, Cyano-Cobalamin Sources
Dear ALL, There has been, across a Number of these Forums, Considerable 'Mention' regarding Vitamin B12- Cyano-Cobalamin (Sometime written as one word Cyanocobalamin.) I have, in my Previous 'Life' (I worked in Laboratories, before I was Ill) encountered this Material. It is Bright Red, VERY expensive

Tingling extremities
I hadn't stopped taking
B
complex
at all for the first test, then for two weeks, when it should have been 3 months, so a false negative.

how long can it take b12 fatigue to correct
hi all, as per previous posts symptoms have slowly slowly improved. you will also notice i’ve been using
b
complex
only so no injections (i’ve noticed people have had a more ‘instant’ relief with injections). but i’m still feeling quite fatigued, especially my eyes which are often red and dark circles

Vitamins for hashimotos thyroiditis
Ive got
b
complex
from Higher Nature as none of the above were listed when looking on line but when I received the bottle the label read that it contains soy. I thought all ingredients had to be listed when making a purchase. Can anyone suggest a supplier? Thank you.

I am in a quandary about B12 - Igennus Super B complex
Following general advice on the site, I bought Igennus Super
B
complex
. Now comes the problem: even half of one of these tablets will provide me with 225 mcg B12 methylcobalamin and 100 mcg folate.

Do I need to reduce T4? Latest results
Hi everyone, as SlowDragon is aware from our conversation yesterday I have had another blood test done. And now I have my new test results. I am on 150mcg T4 Synthroid daily and 7.5mcg T3 split into 2 doses daily. I think I need to reduce my T4. I increased it from 100mcg to 150mcg after my last test
