Pain Relief...What do you take?
Hi all, just a thought as to what everyone takes for the pain relief? There's so much prescribed at the moment and as we know were all very different with our RA, what suits one may not suit another and son on. Some of you may even use alternative medicine!! Many years ago I remember taking Temgisic

My feet are killing me!
I went to our company Graduation Ceremony last night. It was held in a smart London hotel and I was determined to dress to impress. I haven't worn a dress and heels for about 2 years. Swollen ankles, painful feet and heels are not a good combination. But last night I wore a knee length evening dress

Hi, just registered on this site. Have been diagnosed with RA 13 years ago, have been on methotrexate most of that time and started to self inject with methotrexate about 6 months ago but it made me feel so sick. Have not been on any medication since October 2011, my consultant said the next step was

The pay off...
So yesterday was a good day, just as well I'd been dreading travelling to a meeting in London in this weather, but apart from a bit of stiffness and a few tweaks all was good. Roll on 24 hours and of course it's pay off time! I was awake half the night with terrible pain in my hips and today I can
