Quality of life questionnaire for hypothyroid?
Hi there, I've literally been diagnosed with hypothyroidism a week ago and started levothyroxine today, and feeling quite irritated really as it's clear to me now I've obviously had this a long time. TSH is 14.7 which doesn't seem great from what I am reading. What eventually got it diagnosed was me

The role of istradefylline in the Parkinson's disease armamentarium
This is the still hypothetical reason, why
clinical
trials
failed, when patients were on a higher chronic levodopa regimen.A way out of this dilemma is to enable higher dosing of istradefylline and substitution of L-dopa with compounds, which do not influence the methylation capacity.

Hello everyone, I was very encouraged by the impressive results from this novel cancer-killing virus CF33-hNIS (VAXINIA) clinical trial. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9AUCLiQI2o I particularly like the fact that there were nearly no toxicity and adverse effects from this innovative approach except

K0706 Clinical Trial
I'm recently diagnosed and have not started any PD meds, though my neurologist says Sinemet would probably help my symptoms. I'm not having terrible or disruptive symptoms, just an annoying leg tremor, fatigue and stiffness. I see a PT and exercise, which really helps with the stiffness. I'm postponing
