Nytol
I also have a large box of melatonin gummy bears which I got in Spain which typically cause such drowsiness in me that I fall asleep quickly (I have UK-prescribed
circadin
as well) Does anyone know if it is safe to take Nytol and melatonin (2 gummies, each containing 1 mg) together?

Any advice on how to stay focused?
Once that drug cycle "fixed" (it really helped but oc it didn't fix it...) my sleeping schedule, I stopped taking both
Circadin
and Zolpeduar.

Insomnia SOME OPTIONS FOR YOU.
Hey guy were on the verge of very exciting times, however for now you may like to ask your Gp for
Circadin
2mg or the equivilant in your country this is medical grade Melatonin and easy to get. There are plenty of harsh sleepers, I have personally tried it, works in with our own melatonin.

The doctor prescribed Melatonin (brand
Circadin
). 1 x 2mg per night. When I read the fine print that came with the pills it mentions liver issues (which I have don't I with PBC) and autoimmune diseases (which PBC is also). The doctor should have been aware of these things.

Long day today
Couldn’t sleep last night, and have been doing ok as well, but because of how I felt yesterday I didn’t take the
circadin
I was prescribed incase it was that, which it probably wasn’t then but then it got to around 2am and I took one because I was still awake. Never doing that again!

Legs
the only reason i took the
Circadin
was because that’s what I’d taken 3 nights ago and although I have had Zopiclone prior to that I didn’t know whether it would have been ok to kind of mix them.

Exhausted
I’m going to chance taking a zopiclone tonight, because I took a
Circadin
the night before last and it didn’t work. Last night I left it as I felt awful in the morning and throughout the day anxiety and other stuff wasnt good.

Circadin 2mg Prolonged release tablets
Hi, I’ve had insomnia for the past few years already, and my gp just prescribed me
Circadin
(melatonin) 2mg prolonged release tablets. I was wondering if anyone has taken these before, what was your experience? did it help? did you have any side effects?

Advice on Melatonin
Since hospital have suffered very poor sleep and GP has prescribed
Circadin
ie Melatonin but the instruction leaflet says that, while no studies done on people with liver or kidney disease, use is not recommended. Presumably my GP thinks it's ok .

RLS with Hypnic Jerks.
(
circadin
) As all these were not enough, four months after the onset of these symptoms I started feeling (initially the legs again) different sensations of simple stimuli on the legs. When bathing water was "felt" in an exaggerated way. Same with wind and then clothes and sheets became an issue.

Insomnia
Tried Temaze 10mg,
Circadin
2mg. Both are not working for me. At about 10 p.m, I am dozing to sleep but after 11 or 12.30, I am awake and not going back to sleep. Trying hard to stay asleep but get about 15 minutes sleep every hour before 5a.m and that is for the night.

Thyroid Med update
I have been told Hypoparathyroidism suppresses production on melatonin so GP has changed Zopiclone to
Circadin
(Melatonin) 2mg slow release for a month and as I am 68, I can have these for up to 6 months.

Circadin as sleep aid
Someone recommended
Circadin
to me as a sleep aid, but I did some digging around and have found information that says: "Not to be used in people with autoimmune diseases such as systematic lupus erythematosus". I have Hashimoto's.

Has anyone found that certain drugs make anxiety worse?
For example, I took a
Circadin
(melatonin) and now I'm really anxious and nervous. Is this normal? What other drugs cause this?
