Over the counter painkillers
Hi, I’m waiting on scan & further steps to manage my endo & adenomyosis. The pain is getting harder to manage & I’d be grateful for suggestions of pain relief that might work better than current ibuprofen, panadol & hot water bottles:) Have just been reading it’s better to start ibuprofen before day

My hcg bloods are extremely low (6.34)
Can anyone provide reassurance things will be OK if any ladies have had or know of anyone who has had very low beta hcg results? It was 6.34 today @ 3 weeks. But that's very bad. 😔they will retest Friday, feeling sad, o\s.

Sharp back pain after driving on a speed bump
I have had

for almost 3 years now. In the first 2 years, the pain was everywhere but after commuting to swimming and doing a lot of stretches the pain is gone.

Transfer number 5…. Adding HCG/double transfer
After 4th failed transfer with optimum lining and progesterone levels. The only thing different my clinic want to do is add HCG a couple of days before the next transfer. To mimic the signals your body would naturally send when an egg is released (using DE). Anyone heard of/experienced this? They are

Ketamine Therapy - Mindset going in…
I believe my body has stored up the years of trauma and I am in
chronic
unexplained
pain
all of the time. I feel as though I need to find a door to open/path to follow to see my life from a different perspective so I can continue my healing journey.

How long
Out of desperation with the
chronic
pain
I upped the dose to 15mgs again 3 days ago now and the pain and stiffness in my thighs and knees have greatly subsided! I took my 3rd dose of 15 mgs today. My question is where do I go from here? Do I stay at 15mg and drop 1mg every month?

Seizing up
Over the last week or so we've been constantly on the move. Travelling slowly along the canals is wonderful but the lack of exercise is taking its toll. I'm moving around the boat and pulling on ropes when we go through locks but I've only managed maybe a short walk if I'm lucky before we set off, 8
