chronic pain
I’ve been suffering from longtime, unrelenting
chronic
pain
for more than 30 years. The pain levels have become intolerable. No intervention or painkillers work. I have had major shoulder surgery two months ago which wasn’t a success. I now face having a total shoulder replacement.

Chronic pain medication review - help!
I'm now finally on the waiting list for a total hysterectomy which should get rid of the bulk of my pain - and therefore i will stop the
pain
medication.However, I've now to have a meeting with a
chronic
pain
pharmacist (a 1hr nhs apt!) And i have a feeling they want me to stop my pain relief.

Chronic pain after PID - anyone with experience?
Does anyone have experience with
chronic
pain
after PID? Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? I feel so hopeless at the moment as it has gotten worse and not better. The GP has referred me to gynae clinic but I’m not sure how long that will take or if they’ll do anything further.

I have from osteoarthritis in my back & most other joints but I am wary as I have heard horrifying reports from people trying to come off it. I’d be interested to hear people’s opinions please .

ADHD and pain medication
I am on Adderall but need a
pain
medication from my
chronic
pain
that doesn't interact with Adderall or my narcolepsy. In other words, I don't want a pain medicine that is too sedating.

Painkillers
I have now been told GP will no longer prescribe as they are shown to have no effect on
chronic

and are addictive. Anyone else had the same?

chronic pain and depression
does anyone get really depressed every so often with the same pains everyday or a flare up? I try really hard not to complain and keep a positive attitude. I am on an antidepressant which usually keeps depression episodes shorter and helps me sleep. I like to be positive and hate myself when I am stuck

Chronic pain after prostatectomy
My friend had robotic prostatectomy in May 2019. In the almost 5 years since he has experienced daily abdominal pain. He has seen numerous doctors but none of them have been able to diagnose the source of the pain. He is an invalid due to this problem. Does anyone else know of a similar case? Any
