Slow growing embryo miscarriage
I was wondering if anyone has had a miscarriage with a slow growing embryo? Initially my HCGs were strong and going well. Had a bit of dark brown discharge so went to the EPU at 5 weeks. Sac visible but that was all. At 6 weeks I was told I had a blighted ovum then 2 days later a fetal pole was visible

Restoration of the immune function as a complementary strategy to treat Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia effectively

ALCALABRUTINIB FAILING
Why are clinical trials our only option for the most part, why does our treatments cause more mutations and a cancer that is harder to treat, at some point, our cancer will outpace our options, and we will have none. We must be very intelligent on our line of treatments and make sure each we choose wisely

My CLL has caused a condition called warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia and they are wanting to start Rituximab to keep my hgb counts from tanking. I am not a big fan of treatments and have refused treatments several times for other cancers. I am just wondering about your alls experience with this

Optical genome mapping: a promising new tool to assess genomic complexity in CLL
In CLL, cytogenetic testing relies on a few well-established techniques https://powerfulpatients.org/2019/10/28/cll-genetic-tests-explained/ while the new method of optical genome mapping (OGM) remains strictly experimental. Preliminary research, though, does suggest that OGM can enhance cytogenomic

Elevated PSA due to Tagrisso?
Hi all: My 79 y.o father has been on Tagrisso for nearly a year now. He just had his PSA levels tested and there's a bit of an increase. I'm wondering if anyone out there has had the same experience? (He does have a history of BPH and experienced urinary urgency soon after starting on Tagrisso.)

heatstroke / exhaustion?
Doing very well up to 2 days ago, on 7.5 mgs. I am going to a wedding tomorrow - but appear to have heatstroke from a very hot, long walk in Greece. Beta HCG at 5+3. Hospital not worried about doing 2nd beta
After an ectopic pregnancy earlier this year so I had my HCG levels taken at the hospital to try to put my mind at ease. At 5+3 they came back at 1779. They are not worried about doing a second test to see if doubling. They are going to do a scan instead on Monday. I am worried though as I feel like

Cramping and bleeding 5 weeks
I am losing it and need some reassurance. We had our first FET on 1 November, BFP on 12 November and HCG 1900 on 15 November. I have been having some cramping on and off. On Friday (18 November) I had some cramping and when I went to do my pessary in the evening I had some watery pink bleeding. Enough
