It’s been called arthritis but it’s not in joints but it’s a pain around my
chest
and back.
X

and Ct scan have not reveal anything. GP says let’s try to control the pain first

Heart failure
As I am still breathless and very fatigued, I had a
chest
x
ray
which showed that the infection has cleared but I have heart failure. The GP says probably related to the infection. I see my Cardioologist in 2 weeks. Has anyone else had someting similar?

Curious - fever with asthma attacks, no infection markers/signs?
Not worried, just curious as a few times now in an attack I've had a low-grade fever with zero signs of infection (bloods,
chest
X
-
ray
etc in hospital show nothing).

Update on breathlessness
The results were sent to Aberdeen and I have had a
chest
x
-
ray
and am waiting for the feedback. The
Chest
Clinic in Aberdeen want to see me for more detailed tests and have referred me for a CT scan. There is a backlog for routine scans and the priority will depend on the x-ray results.

Other tests that were normal: abdominal/pelvic ultrasound,
chest

, MRI brain w/out contrast (only revealed a small pineal cyst). General neurology tests (normal except for hyperreflexia "3+"), normal nerve-conduction study. ANA, ENA screen, ANCA, anti-CCP, anti-ds DNA, RF: all negative.

TIMING OF 55 MG OF PRED...OR SOMETHING ELSE?
They did many tests: bloods for everything,
chest
x
-
ray
, EKG. White count was up. CRP 3. Diagnosed with UTI, put on course of antibiotics for a week, which availed no change. My thought was "is it the timing of the Pred"? This after another day of the "symptoms".

Dr appt updates
Then a
chest
X
-
ray
which showed something in the bases of my lungs. So now I have/get to have a chest CT with contrast. She thinks maybe blood clots since I had a long flight and then immediately had Covid. I’m concerned about having the clots move!

So I read somewhere after googling can cancer be detected on regular CMP panel because I had a CMP panel in October 2021 (normal) and then
X
-rays in January 2022 (also normal). I had a
chest
X
-
ray
, lumbar spine X-ray because I fell in my house and feared a broken bone. All clear.

RED February Day 28 - back to 10k 🥳🏃♀️💥
She suggested I had post viral damage to my respiratory system (subsequent blood tests and
chest
x
-
ray
were all normal) and prescribed me an inhaler just to use 10 minutes before a run and which I will hopefully be able to stop using again in time.
