Hubby and his heart
He's had ECG's, MRI ,
chest

and bloods. This has shown up that he has fluid around his heart as it's just not pumping properly, is severely anaemic and his vitamin D levels were low. The Dr has put him on Bisparol, a diuretic, iron tablets and vitamin D.

Anyway, back to 60mg prednisone and consultant is applying for tocilizumab as long as new bloods and

Treatment changes - Rituximab?
He has suggested I give Rituximab a try and sent me off for a

Rituximab and Chest Infections
The GP booked me in for a
chest

and 3 or 4 weeks later that showed lingering infection so I had another week if antibiotics. At the weekend I felt very short of breath and my pulse was racing but I didn't have a temperature or otherwise feel unwell.

More Challenges to Overcome!
I had
lots
of blood tests and
chest
x

and constant ECG's. Everything was reasonably ok, ruling out pulmonary embolism, adrenal crisis, thyroid, etc, but the ECG did show my heart kept slipping into a short-lived SVT rhythm.

Been to the GP and had a

I had
chest

no issues were seen.- Towards end of March 2023 I got COVID and had another CT scan done and found Ground Glass opacities seen in my lungs. All along this, I still had cough but changed from dry to mucus. I had to go to ER twice to get my cough under control but no luck.

CARDIAC COUGH
I knew it was to do with my heart but my g.p. sent me for a
