Clear Cell Progression
My taxol/carboplatin & Avastin
chemotherapy
treatment was discontinued after 3 infusions, as CT scan showed progression of tumors, and invasion into my liver. The doctors at UCSF have not much to offer as no targetable gene mutations were identified.

Travel Insurance questions on Acalabrutinib
I am on Acalabrutinib (monoclonal antibody as I understand it) but I am offered answers of
Chemotherapy
or Immunotherapy to choose from. This is further complicated by the fact that I am also on Trastuzumab (another monoclonal antibody for breast cancer). How do I get round this? What do I say?

I need urgent help for my uncle
He had treated this condition in the past but it ultimately came back, but this time around doctors (including a specialist in Marseille) made him know that his condition was incurable as
Chemotherapy
would be risky his body which he deemed weak.

Chemotherapy or Pluvicto
I just completed Radium 223 treatment. PSA has been doubling since I failed Zytiga. Last scans show progression. I am offered chemo or a trial with Pluvicto. The cancer is throughout my bones. What should I do. I have had chemo at the beginning of this journey and it worked then.

Primary Peritoneal Cancer
After consulting with onocologist and gynecologist/oncologist it was decided to do 3 rounds of
chemotherapy
then debulking surgery followed by 3 more rounds of chemo. After first 3 rounds I had a very positive response with major shrinkage of tumor.

There is not much information about it so I feel like a guinea pig ,perhaps
chemotherapy
is better, at least I know what it's like and how to cope with it! And for how long would you need to have it, I hope not for the rest of my life! Good bless you all xxx
