Triplet Regimen vs Clinical Trial (Pluvicto)
The other treatment options is a triplet regimen, which will include the Lupron + anti-androgen +
chemotherapy
(docetaxel). I am 64 and otherwise in good physical shape. I would like to treat this as aggressively as we can, but I’m not sure what is the right choice in this case.

Burning Feet - Cramps Up Calves, Thighs and Glutes.
I know I have neuropathy in my feet - that started after my
chemotherapy
two years ago. I have had cardio tests and lower leg vascular tests proved no problem. Monday, I'm having an MRI done on my back to see if I have some kind of a blockage to my blood flow and my lower extremities.

Feeling glum
Just been talking with doc who was very clear that my cancer isn’t operable due to size plus extra carcinoma at top of stomach. When questioned about the chances of a cure just from chemo radiation he said about 40%. Which my maths tells me that I have a60% chance that it can’t be cured and that my

Do I still say I have cancer?
I had the upper left lobe of my lung (that's a mouthful) removed in February. The tumour was crimping a pulmonary artery and when examining the removed bit it was shown to have active cancer cells - they couldn't remove the lobe cleanly enough without nicking the artery so I was told. Consequently

PSA still low but cancer progressing
I've been on ADT plus Xtandi for about a year (see my profile) and my PSA has steadily reduced and stayed low. However, my latest CT scan shows that the tumours on my bones and lymph nodes are increasing in size and there are now a few small lesions appearing in my liver for the first time. Not the news

Hydroxyurea vs Besremi
Which drug is considered less toxic on the body - hydroxyurea or besremi? My MPN specialist put me on hydroxyurea a few years ago with the plan to switch over to besremi in a couple of months. I did get insurance approval for the besremi a long time ago but I've been hesitant to make the switch. At

update on Azacitidine
I’m sure my local haematologist is thinking “be careful what you wish for”. In recent communications with Claire Harrison she tells me that the the fourth cycle is supposed to be the turning point when your body starts to adjust to the drug. I hope she is right as I’ve just finished the 4th cycle and
