Starting Chemo in May via trial
This trial stage is mostly to test feasability or delivering immunotherapy along with
chemotherapy
. Is anyone familiar with, or perhaps a patient, of this study that can share any thoughts?

salvage radiation after surgery?
Hi - Shouldn’t I be doing salvage radiation or
chemotherapy
now? I had my surgery February 25 and Doctor wants to wait for first PSA iat end of May. However surgical pathology showed negative margins but showed intraductal, cribriform, loss of PTEN. and PNI.

A break from chemo
hello, I have MBC, essentially I have been on some form of
chemotherapy
for over 2.5 years. The most recent medication is working well. However, I am feeling burnt out mentally and emotionally with the chemo. I am considering taking a 3 month break from chemo. Has anyone done this?

Cancer drugs and chemotherapy
After months of research, surgery and scans I started
chemotherapy
in October. Complex type of cancer, they said. 12 cycles. 8 to go. I hate them. Every time I go to the hospital I want to scream and cry. Folfox, my drug, is my worst enemy. I’m a zombie for days. Maybe is just me, I don’t know.

Anecdotal, but running could boost immunity
In the title essay a friend of the author is taking part in a clinical trial, having
chemotherapy
for pancreatic cancer. As you will know, Chemo destroys white blood cells which provide immunity, so you have to have a high enough count to continue with each session.

I am excited to be here...
I started Tagrisso immediately (targeted treatment), followed by radiation for the brain tumors, and then followed
chemotherapy
. I am a 57 year-old, non-smoker and extremely healthy.

Chemotherapy or Pluvicto
I just completed Radium 223 treatment. PSA has been doubling since I failed Zytiga. Last scans show progression. I am offered chemo or a trial with Pluvicto. The cancer is throughout my bones. What should I do. I have had chemo at the beginning of this journey and it worked then.

Neutropenic fever landed me in the hospital after 1st Taxotere infusion
We found that FN following
chemotherapy
was associated with a long-term increased risk of infection, with an approximately 2-fold increase in risk among patients who had experienced FN compared with patients who had not developed FN within 180 days after initiation of

Travel Insurance questions on Acalabrutinib
I am on Acalabrutinib (monoclonal antibody as I understand it) but I am offered answers of
Chemotherapy
or Immunotherapy to choose from. This is further complicated by the fact that I am also on Trastuzumab (another monoclonal antibody for breast cancer). How do I get round this? What do I say?
