Combined pill, mini pill or alternatives?
Discussed endometriosis returning with GP and they have put me on
Cerelle
. Well the side effects are; may stop ovulation, may reduce bleeding, may stop periods, or all these could continue. Now I am just in the middle of what feels like a full blown endo period, ahh. What do I do?

Progesterone Only Pill
Hi everyone, I little back story, previously went on
Cerelle
/Desogestrel before my Endo diagnosis and it was a pill I had every little symptoms on. However, I had breakthrough bleeding and severe acne with it as side effects.

Still having symptoms of hypothyroidism despite medication - any advice?
I’m also on the mini pill
Cerelle
but I’m too scared to come off of it right now (periods will make my POTS symptoms hell if I do!) At one point, both my T4 and TSH were high (out of range) at the same time, but they said they couldn’t do any other investigations (or test T3 etc).

Cerelle desogestrel
I've been taking 2x desogestrl tablets daily since January and have noticed the past few months cramping but no period, I've had to go to hospital for morphine to calm this, could this mean my endo has grown back even thought i only had a lap in March 22?

Hi, I have been prescribed the
cerelle
pill just over a year ago, I have been taking this as they suspect I have endometriosis. I have been getting periods up until recently and now they seem to of stopped completely. I have taken a test and I am not pregnant.

Cerelle and bleeding
I asked if I could double dose the
cerelle
pill due to heavy bleeding and the dr said it won’t do anything and to either 1 continue taking it for 3 months or 2 come off it and go onto the coil. But from what i have red it can really help with the bleeding if you double dose it.

Dienogest
My gynae dr moved me from
Cerelle
contraception to Dienogest as that apparently prevents the growth of endometriosis… I had my laparoscopy surgery in Nov 2021 which confirmed what I said all my life as a young girl to a grown adult- I have endometriosis.

Cerelle for Adenomyesis?
My gynaecologist has recommended I try
Cerelle
to try and stop or lighten my periods as I am anemic from it. My iron hit rock bottom in January and I’ve been on iron tablets. does anyone have any experience of this and did the mini pill work for you?

A long post - How medication was ruining my life, not making me better! Reassurance for anyone concerned about stopping medication.
Then in 2021, a BSGE specialist gynaecologist advised that I start Dienogest with
Cerelle
in combination. The benefit was that the Dienogest did stop my periods.

Chronic Fatigue in Pelvic Pain Disease - Endometriosis/IBD/Bladder Pain
Itried an anti-inflammatory diet and was also prescribed Dienogest (Zalkya) which I take in combination with the mini-pill (
Cerelle
), since January this year. Following this treatment my flare pain improved gradually, but I still had a daily deep ache in my groin.
