Should I stop any supplements after transfer?
Hi all, Am finally getting to go through my first frozen transfer after 3 cancelled cycles (one fresh two frozen). I'm currently taking a few supplements (have been for at least 9 -12 months) but is there any that I should stop taking the day of or after transfer? I assume most are fine but just wanted

Getting a diagnosis
Hi I've had symptoms potentially related to a b12 problem just about all my life (I'm 50 now). I became very ill about 3 years ago with a typical list of symptoms along with extreme weight loss and loss of muscle mass. I was anaemic then and also had very low serum ferritin. I saw a neurologist who told

Blood test results, vitamins and minerals
Hello everyone, I had my next blood test on 7th March, 9:45am, last levo dose was about 8:30am the day before. At the time of the test I was taking 50mcg Accord/Almus, increased from 25mcg on 12th January 2023 (this involved a brand change, in fact I've had 3 different brands so far). [u]Results/

Atropic gastritis? Symptoms of B12 deficiency?
Hi all. I've been having some concerning symptoms for about 3 months. It all started with random abdominal pains and low back pain. It is now radiating down my groin and into the backs and sides of the thighs. I saw my GP last month as the stomach pains are now very bad, horrible burning pain,

What to expect?
Finger pain and swelling ongoing several months. No functional deficit. Rheumatoid factor mildly elevated and anti-CCP off the scale at >340. No rheumatology appointment yet - only just referred. Am I likely to be prescribed Methotrexate?

Latest GP diagnosis is... I’m getting old! I'm 55! Help with next steps please… 😠
Hi everyone. So had my GP follow up since my previous posts. My ferritin is 26, which the GP informs me is the highest it’s been since they tested in 2017. She assures me it's fine as it’s ‘in range’ [10 – 180]. She insists I ‘categorically cannot have low B12 symptoms’ with an ‘above range’ B12

I am still awaiting my first rheumatologist appointment. My labs weren’t awful - ANA & CCP negative, but Rheumatoid factor 191 and slightly elevated Sed Rate and C-reactive protein. I had had very brief (20 seconds or less) bouts of vertigo and 6 falls in 9 months - so my doctor ordered and MRI and

I have a permanently swollen outer left ankle (scan says damage and arthritis) often have a pain in the left buttock relating to spinal cavity being reduced with spurs on. This means that I have problems
