Xtandi for castrate resistant PC
I was on Firagon, Eligard, and briefly
Casodex
for 20 months before becoming resistant. PSA is still relatively low at just under 2, but doubling time is fast at about 6 weeks. Has anyone that is castrate resistant had good results with Xtandi? Thanks

Extreme Coughing, Dizziness and Shortness of Breath while getting Faslodex injection. (Side Effect).
I was diagnosed with MBC (to bone) in 2017 and had cancerous knee replaced. I’ve been getting monthly FASLODEX & XGEVA injections for over a year now without any issues. Actually....the last two treatments I did feel a bit woozy during injections, but not bad. But today was a whole new experience!! While

Nausea without meds
My last faslodex injection was December 26. We stopped it after 4 injections since molecular testing shows I have FGFR mutation that makes me hormone resistant despite being HR+. I received xgeva on January 8. I continue to have nausea and food aversion. Is this from liver Mets? I’m frustrated because

I'm on
Casodex
& Lupron, and the Lupron will continue into 2020. But I feel maybe I could be doing more.

PET scan on Thursday. Again
Hi, Another PET scan this Thursday. Wish me luck. I hate all these scans. My last one was in August and showed "partial responce" to ibrance, faslodex and exgeva. Tumor markers have been fluctuating again between 55 in August to 68 in November now 57 again. Hopefully this scan will show improvement.

Starting Treatment for Metastatic Prostate Cancer
Today I took the first

Switching from faslodex to letrazole
Due to NHS funding regulations I've been switched from faslodex to letrazole and just finished my fist week. I'm usually quite an upbeat person, my glass is always half full (I apologise as I know it can be irritating) but it takes a lot to get me down. But since I've started taking the letrazole I've

New Here - Hello!
Hi I am new here and this is my first post. I was diagnosed in 2008 with Type IIB, had double mastectomy, then two years later a full hysterectomy (BRCA gene). Then really was NED for 10 years. After reaching the 10 year milestone, I had a reoccurrence in my lungs and I am stage IV. Started on Faslodex
