How far apart Vitamin B1 and Carbidopa Levadopa
Hello everyone, i just received my B1 Vitamin 500mg, Do you know if i can take it with my Carbidopa pills? or how far apart? I am supposed to take 8 day but I will start with 4 for now. Thank you so much for the advice.

Quercetin/Bromelain & EGCG as Carbidopa and Encatapone substitutes?
Has anyone had any luck with this as a protocol suggested on this site? My husband takes Mucuna L-dopa 98% and was looking for something that he hoped would help the effects last longer than 2.5-3hrs (occasionally longer, when taken on an almost empty stomach). We haven't seen any difference as yet and

Botox for neck and shoulder rigidity
Diagnosis is Lewy Body D and he cannot take

. Exercise he can do is not enough. Very tight neck. Shoulders hurt, mainly left. Gets 5 min masage after 30 min exercise session with trainer 2 or more x week
