My doctor put me on
Calquence
. I take only 1 a day because 2 was giving me headaches. So far I’m doing really well on this. She put me on this because she said it has the fewest side affects. My problem is the cost. I can’t afford to pay the a co-pay of $2,000+ a month.

Artrial fibrillation after nearly 2 years of Calquence?
My Mom wants to go back to
Calquence
but her doctor said he's afraid of the heart risks becoming even worse if she were to go back to
Calquence
and is urging her to stick through with venetoclax, at least until her next blood draw in 2 weeks.

Coming off of Calquence.
After 2 years of treatment with infusions and
Calquence
(1 yr), I was taken off of
Calquence
because of major side effects. After being off the drug for 3 weeks, I returned for a new blood test, The oncologist said there was no more need for treatment, the blood test was perfect.

after 3 years + of Calquence getting bad side effects
My husband had been taking
Calquence
for 3 + years and has been working well. The labs are normal. But the Dr did not want him to stop. But a few months he is getting a lot unpleasant side effect. Like itching skin. Arthritis and a lot pain on the hands.

Coming Off Calquence (
I was put on
Calquence
(acalabrutinibam) 2 years ago due to Hemolytic Anemia. We tried prednisone for 3 years but every time they took me off my hemoglobin would drop and eventually it was determined I needed treatment.

Paxlovid while on Calquence
I just tested positive and my GP is call in Rxfor Paxlovid, I’m currently taking
Calquence
. I read on here, I thought, that I may need to stop the
Calquence
while on it. I searched to site and can’t seem to get any results.

Cll to Hodgkins lymphoma
My husband had Cll 11 years and started treatment in Oct, 2023 with
Calquence
. It was working, but not as effectively as desired. They then added Venclexta in Dec. He still wasn’t getting better, so after a pet scan and lymph biopsy, it was determined he now also has Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Holding Calquence (acalabrutinib) for epidural injection.
Recommendations seem to vary about the length of time to hold
calquence
for an epidural injection (L3-4 facet joint for my right sided sciatic pain) or other minor procedure.

Getting my Calquence prescription in ice storm
Not sure what to do about this… I have 4 days of
Calquence
left. Oregon is dealing with some bad weather and my doctor’s office is having trouble with both phone and online services. The pharmacy I use is online and I refill my medication through texts.

On Venetoclax, lymph node appeared
Hoping this is just a fluke but it seems like a repeat as what I experienced with
Calquence
when it stopped working last year. Maybe it is just a question of taking the full dose, I am still at a reduced dose because of my episode of PRES which happened during ramp up of Venetoclax.

Anyone has followed Rituxan -Venetoclax treatment with good results?
I am terrified to start new treatment because of afib due to
Calquence
(Alcalabrutinib). Thank you for any reassurance and bless you all. 🙏🏼💚

Bruised and swollen arm from Calquence.
My husband started
Calquence
several months ago. Soon after that his left arm became swollen and turned black and blue from the wrist to the shoulder. Not painful and this was the only side effect. His white blood cells are down and his platelets are slowly coming up.

Calquence break for Surgery
wondering if anyone on BTKi's, especially the newer
Calquence
tab, has had stomach problems while taking time off of it for surgery. I had horrible side effects from it for three months while at the start of it..and then it stopped and all was OK with stomach.
