Is this as good as it's going to get? I'm new to this forum and infact it's the first time I've dipped my big toe into such waters.

Calcium
+ Vit D Magnesium Vit K2 Omega 3 I walk 10,000+ steps at a good pace each day. Three times a week I do weight bearing exercise class online. I’d like to have a second Dexa scan next January (privately if need be) and consider my options at that time?

Benzo differences
So far I've been prescribed Xanax, klonopin and Ativan. While they are all effective, there a subtle and not so subtle differences between them. For me, Xanax addresses my social anxiety way more than the others, and seems to hit my brain/cognition more. Klonopin tends to be smooth and has the axiomatic

Looking for some advice on taking the right dose of Calcium and Vit D3.
Since August 2020 I've been on prednisolone and a
Calcium
and Vit D supplement (as well as magnesium, biotin, Vit B complex) so I wanted to see whether or not my osteopenia had become worse.

Does anyone test food for gluten on request in UK?
I avoid all 'gluten-free' processed foods, but find tahini excellent as it has lots of
calcium
, minerals, etc. It only contains one ingredient - sesame seed. I even go for the organic range to stay extra healthy. I have tried a number of ranges of tahini, all have been fine.
