Should I be pushing and explore what could my pain be instead of assuming it’s endometriosis
Since have my c-section last April I have been suffering with bloat, lower back pain, pain ful ovulation, heavy periods! The pain is awful all month long. The bloat is causing so much discomfort. I got referred to the gynaecologist and he believes it’s endometriosis he’s put me on the pill and wants

Life after TURP
Hi all I refer to previous post asking about TURP. I had my TURP in August and have not had any serious pain and the flow is much better. I still do not have full control of my bladder, with bending lifting and to some extent walking causing leakage which is contained very well with Tena 3 pads. I continue

Sensitive post - Welcomed our beautiful baby boy after 5 years of trying.
Just sharing to give hope to all our fellow IVF warriors out there. After 5 transfers (4 failed, 1 miscarriage (plus another natural miscarriage) during the past 5 years, 2 weeks ago today we welcomed our beautiful baby boy. Born at 37 weeks by c-section due to placenta praevia but weighing in at 8 pounds

40+1 with grade3 piles opt for c-section?
So the piles seem to have come back with a vengeance and now I’m obviously worried about trying to give vaginal birth as that will just make them worse. Thinking of electing for c-section. I don’t want to end up with worse piles and not being able to give birth vaginally and ending up having to have

Confused about chocolate cyst
Hi- I’m new :-) After a referral for an ultrasound for heavy periods it was discovered I have a 5cm chocolate cyst on my left ovary. The gynae also says I have endometriosis which they told my husband at my c section 11 years ago but was never followed up. I can’t say I have horrendous pain. Occasionally

What would you do?
I believe I have endometriosis but still have to be diagnosed, I have had 2 c-section and since the second my pain has been awful but I would like another baby! So I’m in to mind to keep following doctors orders into getting a diagnosis (trying pill for 3 months to see if it gets rid of symptoms) or

Laparoscopy-reopened c - section scar
Had my laparoscopy, excision, cysctcopy and hysterocopy just over a week ago. My scars from the laparoscopy are healing fine but during the surgery they had to reopen about 3/4s of my c-section scar. It is absolute agony still. I'm in so much pain and feel so rubbish and weak. I can barely walk it's

Worried so much about an aaa
So I know I’m being totally stupid here but I just can’t stop worrying. I’ve been having a few problems with very high heart rate (usually always 130+ when standing and around 90-100 at rest) so I’ve been referred to cardiology for that as I’ve been worrying but dr doesn’t seem to bothered about it

What do you do to loose your belly fat ?
Hello everyone! I really struggle to loose my belly fat. I manage to loose weight when I stay in track of my weight loss goal. But for me it’s so hard to see my waist line going down. I know there is no easy path but I would like to hear your experiences, success stories or whatever your experiences

Any thoughts on treatments?
OK. I presented in 2014 with PC metastasized to the bone. PSA was 65. Went on ADT without any treatment on my prostate and things have been under control until this year. My PSA has been very slowly rising for years. In May I stopped Xtandi to do immunotherapy when my PSA had rising to over 2.0 (as

Button Plasma TURP vs Wire Loop TURP
Am considering having the button TURP. Anyone had either TURP can you share how long was burning, bleeding, clots, any other complications? When do they remove catheter. What is the healing time in both. I have catheter since Jan 2021 and on ADT with no radiation.

Prostate Surgery
Anyone go through prostate surgery. I had TURP 3 months ago and it was pretty rough. I'm pretty much healed up now, but I still have to take the Flomax.

For those of you still working with advanced PCa, and on ADT and Radiation. Did you still work a full schedule?
Looking for some guidance. Advanced High Risk PCa, Gleason 9. Had Turp for Quality of life, but still having incontinent issues. Currently on Lupron, Abiraterone, Prednisone with Radiation to start in 2 weeks. I am still working but need lots of time for appointments every week and radiation has not

Drips, Drops & Diapers post TURP with metastasised PCa and Radiation to begin in a month
Since my TURP about 7 weeks ago, I have had daily incontinence, no urgency issues, just "happens". I have of course resorted to pads, but going through several a day. I expect it will get worse with Radiation. It is a mix of stress incontinence, sneeze, caught, laugh, but other times just leaks with
