Buprenorphine Trial
Dr Berkowski, in the USA, has done a study on
Buprenorphine
, but it doesn't meet the strict research trial criteria to enable it to be licensed for RLS. Even if we do get a trial AND
Buprenorphine
is licensed for RLS in the UK, it would not guarantee a prescription.

Buprenorphine patch and swimming
Dear Everyone, About 3 months ago, I started withdrawing from Neupro with the help of
Buprenorphine
.
Buprenorphine
is only available as a patch in Brasil where I live. I am now free of any dopamine agonist for over 2 months and continue to use
Buprenorphine
to effectively control my RLS.

Long-term use of buprenorphine
I'm considering using
buprenorphine
. Even if you use this product for decades, will there be any problems such as resistanse or increase in dosage?

Nausea & Buprenorphine
Zofran (the favoured anti nausea drug) has not helped my nausea and now in my 8th day of use I decided try try sublingual
buprenorphine
tablets again and removed the 5mcg/hr patch.

Buprenorphine Patches
Hi, I just wondered if anyone could advise me the best place to put the patch to get the most benefit from it because sometimes I find it barely does anything and other times I know that it’s really helping. The instructions say that it can only be applied upper outer arms, upper back and chest. Any

Tapentadol
Despite having , at last , persuaded the Pain Clinic Consultant to give me a month's trial for
Buprenorphine
tablet's, they are , still, considering giving me Tapentadol! I would be grateful for any input.

dipyridamole
I’m currently using
buprenorphine
for my RLS. I plan on titrating down on that over a week or so after starting the dipyridamole. Any comments or suggestions? The
buprenorphine
has my RLS completely under control, but I’m still struggling with constipation.

When should I take gabapentin and buprenorphine ?
I can use the
buprenorphine
during this time to control the RLS . So should I take it around the same time as the gabapentin, about 2 hours before bedtime? I can take a second dose of
buprenorphine
, and if I feel this is needed do I take it four hours before bed or take it much earlier in the day.

Buprenorphine and nausea
I have received much support from various persons on this forum concerning the nausea I suffer from the low dose use of
buprenorphine
to block my RLS. However this symptom remains unresolved and I am posting my situation in case there are some of you who might be able to enlighten me further?

methadone or buprenorphine
I have been reading on this site about
buprenorphine
and wondering if I should give that a try, or if I should stay on methadone. Any other recommendations?

Buprenorphine and constipation.
Can anyone tell me how constipating
Buprenorphine
is please? I’ve heard a lot about the nausea it causes but not that other side effect of all morphine drugs. Is it better or worse than other opioids?

Buprenorphine Patch
Buprenorphine
patch 10mg prescribed for chronic pain 18 months ago. No follow up as to reactions, efficacy etc. Did have skin reactions but decided to ‘grin and bear it’. Personally I did not feel I was getting any pain relief and decided to continue to occasionally take my Cocodamol.
