Unlocking the Maze of B Complexes: A Handy List for Safe Dosages and Bioactive Vitamins
It can be quite challenging to find reliable B-complex supplements that are safe in terms of dosage. Additionally, it is advisable to opt for bioactive vitamins for added safety. To help each other out, I have started compiling a list categorized into low, medium, and high dosages of B6 and B9, which

Red Yeast Rice Supplement
does anybody take this supplement for cholesterol, if so does it interfere with your RLS. It is free of Monacolin, think that might be important. Thanks

Do natural supplements work to reduce high cholesterol?
While strictly not a PMR issue I know there are a few whose cholesterol has risen markedly since being diagnosed. I am one of them. I have always had high-ish cholesterol but my last fasting blood test showed everything else perfectly normal but my cholesterol was up. I haven't seen the results

Timing of Nutrient / Vitamin Regime for Hashimotos
UPDATE Aug 2022 below post. ORIGINAL POST April 2022: Dear all, I don’t post very often as my Hashimotos condition seems to be quite manageable. I feel good, but the only thing I would like to address is my inability to lose weight. I am expecting a full blood result back any day, at which point

Lu-177 in Austria - Report and underlining high importance of both FDG and PSMA PET/CTs
I just finished follow up PET/CTs scans 7 weeks after last of three Lu-177 infusion by Prof. Hartenbach in Minute Medical in Austria. My Latest Stack: Anybody want to deep dive on protocols?
So this is my latest stack. I think I have a good list now. Now it is time to fine tune it. Get the dosages and timing right. Will any of it help? I hope so. I have not been diagnosed with PD. I have been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (with other troubling symptoms). I still have a sore

Hypothyroidism
My husband is 69 1/2 years old, always been healthy and is not on any medication other than the supplements I give him. Recent blood work in August 2021, showed a low B12 level of 300, he is now on supplements to help with this. The problem lies with his TSH levels. The chart ranges I have found

The importance of vitamin B6 against Parkinson's. The end of a meaningless prejudice since 1975.

Any info on Red Yeast Rice (RYR) masking PSA?
Strange query indeed. I had my monthly PSA test on Tuesday. For the whole week before that I was not taking my usual 20 mg of Atorvastatin + 10 mg Ezetimibe. In the meantime, I had ordered a bottle of Jarrow Formulas Red Yeast Rice +co-Q10. PSA came back as anticipated at 0.12, but the cholesterols
