Breath and dry cough
Hello I am still going on about this ongoing problem I'm afraid! Since the end of July, coinciding with my Pulmonary Rehab course, my breath has been stopping quite high up in my chest and I have to give a dry cough. It is happening when I'm talking too. It's awful when I wake up in the morning and just

Has anyone experienced the sleep deprivation side effect that feels like your brain is shutting down / dying right as you drift off?
I can usually manage it with
exercise
and deep
breathing
. However, I had this experience back in college during periods of peak stress, and I've starting experiencing it again. For the latest experience, I recently went 5 nights getting ~3 hours of interrupted sleep per night at most.

One step forward two back
Every time I get to a point where, I can do the normal stuff, like walk, talk, eat, sing
exercise
without having
breathing
issues, it all kicks off again. I have just had another course of prednisilone, which has helped, but not sorted it, now on antibiotics for an infection.

When I

it is hard on my

my leg shake and I ache all over. Can't move without severe pain for several days. If I keep going even though it is painful my
breathing
gets worse. After several days of this
exercise
and movement I can' t function.

Confused. Have symptoms of hypothyroidism but bloods normal
You can do this by using relaxation techniques such as
breathing
exercises, meditation, yoga and other forms of gentle
exercise
and by taking time out at points during the day.

Lung issues
Smoked for many years and didn't have the strength to overcome it until wonderful Chantix. I take a lot of blame for my addiction. However, in at least three decades, my 40's 50's and 60's, not one of at least 4 "primary" (family) doctors ever insisted and sent me to a lung doctor where I would have

Trouble Breathing
I have come across your community as since I have quit smoking my chest feels so much tighter and breathing is a lot worse than when I smoked, just walking up stairs makes
breathing
heavier. I do zero
exercise
and have decided I am going to join the gym this weekend and get fit.

Light Asthma Recovery
Hi, I'm hoping to gain some insight from people who have overcome their asthma. I would range my asthma as quite light. I had it when I was younger, and I overcame it after a few years of running and physical activities. Many years later, I stopped working out, and it's compiled. Couple that with living

Combining Marijuana with Intense Exercise to Treat Parkinsons
I am curious as to whether others with Parkinsons use marijuana with intense exercise to help with their condition. I was diagnosed at age 61 and at 68 have experienced only a modest decline in my physical capability. My approach is as follows: In the late afternoon after work. Vaporize high grade
