Breast Cancer
Hi everyone I have been told I have invasive lobular carcinoma. I am a 56-year-old woman. I will be having a lumpectomy on August 28, 2023. followed by radiation and then hormone blockers. providing it's not in my lymph nodes. I was shocked to get this diagnosis after a call back from my routine mammogram

Hi! I'm new and excited to meet others and learn about your journey
I was diagnosed with Stage 1
breast
cancer
in 2010. Had a mastectomy. Went on tamoxifen for 2 years, then quit because it made me feel miserable. No chemo. In 2022, I was once again diagnosed with
breast
cancer
, but this time metastatic. What a shock! It spread to my lymph nodes and lungs.

Advice
I have metastatic
breast
cancer
. I am taking Ibrance and fulvestrant. After a gastroscopy, I was diagnosed with an esophageal ulcer. The gastroenterologist prescribed me pantaprozole. After many studies and a call to Fizer, I discovered that Ibrance does not work fully with ppi.

Tamoxifen v Acid Reflux
Hi All I have been clear from hormone related
breast
cancer
for 3 years now. I am 62 & post menapausal . I changed medication from anastrozole to tamoxifen last month to try to help slow my osteopenia, as I do not get on with bisphosphonates.

Fuervesant shots
I have stage 4 medistatic
breast
cancer
in the bones. I’m on Ibrance and Letrozole but will be getting Fuervsant on Friday 2-2-24. So I won’t be taking the Letrozole. My oncologist is changing the medicine because my cancer markers are climbing.

caused my squamous lung cancer, not operable + of course no radiotherapy as I've had the max - was only discovered

NON SURGICAL OPTIONS?
FYI, I was just diagnosed with Stage 1
breast
cancer
, hormone receptor positive, HER2-, and KI67 - 9%. I understand the standard of care if lumpectomy, chemo and/or radiation. Thank you so much.
